Product description

Complete wet food for adult cats, with tasty chunks in gravy and an optimal combination of nutrients to support your cat's urinary tract health and help maintenance of an ideal weight.

If cats do not drink enough water, certain minerals can build up in their bladder and cause them to produce highly concentrated urine. These factors can cause changes in urination behaviour and affect the health of the lower urinary tract. However, a balanced diet can help to maintain a normal urinary tract.

Royal Canin Urinary Care Fine Chunks in Gravy is a complete and balanced formula specially developed to support an optimal urinary environment and thus contribute to natural urinary tract function.

An internal Royal Canin study has shown that in just 10 days of feeding the Urinary Care nutritional programme (a combination of dry and wet food), urinary tract function was supported in the participating healthy cats.

Royal Canin Urinary Care in gravy at a glance:

  • Complete wet food for adult cats
  • Supports the urinary tract: can contribute to normal urinary tract function
  • Particularly tasty: pieces of meat in gravy attract even fussy cats to the food bowl.
  • Supports the urinary tract: thanks to a balanced mineral content
  • Tasty recipe: for optimum acceptance
  • Fresh for a long time: thanks to the practical portion bag
Mixed feeding - cleverly combined: To cater for the individual preferences of different cats, Royal Canin Urinary Care is also available as dry food in the form of crunchy kibble. If you are considering a mixed diet of dry and wet food, simply follow our feeding recommendations. This will ensure that your cat gets the right amount of wet and dry food.

Royal Canin Quality Guarantee
All Royal Canin products undergo extensive quality control to ensure optimum food quality and to meet the individual nutritional needs and lifestyle of your cat. This means that with Royal Canin Urinary Care in Sauce you can offer your cat a high-quality, balanced diet.

Cat seems to like the taste!
My cat has been on Royal Canin indoor cat food for a few years now and really liked it, however as she’s getting older she’s suffering a bit more with bouts of cystitis. I chose this food as it’s from a brand I trust and already know she likes. She’s only had a couple of sachets so far but she’s eating all the food, which is good as she can be quite fussy! All good so far, of course can’t really tell if it’s making a difference to her urinary tract health yet, but if it helps I’m very happy!

No problem transitioning
Our cat needed to switch to a urinary maintenance diet after we dealt with some blockage issues through our vet. This wet food never made his tummy upset and he loved it from his first taste. We appreciate how easy it was to transition him to this food, especially because precious attempts to other foods have caused giant GI problems. We combine the wet with the dry version of the same.

Not good
Bought this as the usual Urinary care wet food was sold out and the reviews said it was good for cats with bladder problems. 5 days into feeding my cat this and his blockage was back! What a waste of money! Hasn't worked for my cat. He suffers from crystals in his bladder and needs special food that stops them forming. Will have to fork out for the proper stuff from a vet now! Not happy!

My cat loves it.
Our cat had to be hospitalised due to a blocked bladder and urethra. The vet recommended a wet food, ideally a urinary specific one, so we tried this as he was already on a dry Royal Canin food for his weight. Now we mix the two foods and he really enjoys it and wolfs it down. So far, he has had no extra urinary issues. Also several of his vets and vet nurses have commented that our cat has a beautiful coat & all said that his good food is a contributing factor.

Our cat loves the food
After trying the food our vet recommended and our cat being unwell as a result, we tried Royal Canin Urinary Care (wet food) and our cat loves it. Normally he is very fussy with his food and goes off very quickly from the food he eats, but this food seems to strike the right cord with him and he can't wait for his next meal (running buffet starts 4am!)

The only Food my British Shorthair will eat!
I have the fussiest British SH, who is so picky about what he eats. I have tried most of the top brands on the market and the wet food he loves the most is RC wet (Hairball) in pouches. He is not a big eater so I can get 3 portions out of one pouch. The only DRY food he eats as well happens to be Royal Canin for British Shorthair - KITTEN

This food is unbeatable for regular feeding
My two Persian rescue cats love this food. They have been eating it as their chief food for several months and have never gotten tired of it or had any upset. I give them a dry food supplement and occasionally another type of Royal Canine, but this is their staple.

Excellent quality
We originally tried a different brand and because we had the Royal Canin dry food we thought we'd try our kitten on this. She loves it and prefers this to her previous food. Well worth it

Just what he needed!!
My 2 year old cat was recently diagnosed with cystitis. Having never showed symptoms before, within less than 1 week of them beginning, he was hospitalised at the vets and had to be catheterised. Within a 3 week period, he had 2 stay overs at the vets and numerous check ups. During the flare up, he was eating Royal Canin Urinary S/O to dissolve the crystals. The vets recommended he has a urinary care diet. Since he has been on this, he has had 1 flare up. I add extra water to all of his wet food

great value great for kidney compromised cats
I love this food my 17 year old cat, enjoys it its low in phosphorus, and not chicken based. Which is fantastic if u have a cat with a chicken allergy. My sweetpea has kidney issues and hyperthyroidism, she hates the kidney diets but this is by far the best stand in for managing kidney issues, and she loves it. Also the biscuits are preferred by our older male cats. The price is great for the quantities we go through
