Product description

Balanced wet cat food for adult cats, with tender chunks and highly digestible protein with adapted fat and energy contents to support an ideal weight, in practical fresh pouches.

A normal digestive system is the basis for a vital cat life. Poor stool quality and other digestive problems can be associated with a sensitive digestive tract.

Royal Canin Digestive Care in Gravy is a balanced formula specially developed to support optimal digestion. This contains exclusive nutrients that have been selected for their high digestibility. This makes it easier for the cat to utilize and absorb the nutrients it contains, which can contribute to ideal stool quality.

In addition, the results of an internal study by Royal Canin are impressive: the participating cats were able to achieve a normal stool quality of over 95% after 10 days of feeding the Royal Canin Digestive Care program (both dry and wet food).

Royal Canin Digestive Care in Gravy at a glance:
  • Balanced complete food for adult cats
  • Complete formula: can support normal digestion
  • Optimum stool quality: through precisely coordinated nutrients
  • Proven results*: cats fed the Royal Canin Digestive Care nutritional program (both dry and wet) achieved over 95% normal stool quality after just 10 days (*Royal Canin internal study)

  • Supports the urinary system: thanks to the increased moisture content
  • Long-lasting freshness: thanks to the practical portioned pouches

Good but expensive
I have 8 cats. Half of them enjoy the digestive care and half prefer the instinctive in gravy. They only have one meal of this a day because its so expensive. The rest of the time they have digestive care biscuits. The range is good just wish it was cheaper. Does help with smelly poops (most of the time)

Excellent product!
My cat has suffered from digestive issues for several years. I've tried he on specialist foods in the past which have made little difference. A vet recommended this particular variety of Royal Canin and it's like I have a new cat! His tummy is more settled and his fur is shiny.

Tummy Care
My 3 cats have been fed on Royal Canin since kittens and 10 years later they are still enjoying the various flavours. The digestive care in gravy is a favouite - gentle on the tummy and tasty. The result three very healthy, happy cats.

Excellent product
My cat has both digestive and itchy skin issues. This food suits him very well. His poops aren't loose and don't smell as bad. His skin improves too. My only issue is I wish they made different flavours for a bit of variety.

Instant hit
First experience with RC and will try more; cat accepted it straight away and cleared the bowl.

My cats love this food
My cats love this food. It’s great for sensitive stomachs/post surgery. Once I started feeding them this they rarely touch their dry food because they love it so much. The food dries up quickly so it’s not one you could leave out to eat. My cats eat it all as soon as I put it out so not an issue for me. It is quite an expensive wet food especially if you feed it multiple times a day so we only feed this once a day at breakfast and have other wet foods we feed for lunch and dinner

It was good for my cat
My cat had vomiting and a bit diarrhea. She started to eat this Royal Canine digestive care in gravy and for now we are happy.

Life changing
My cat has had diarrhoea pretty much constantly since we met four years ago. Tried different foods, no change. He is really anxious so I just put it down to that and carried on with Cobalin (the only thing my vet recommended which had little discernible effect) and Logic paste at pretty much every meal. Grinding up biscuits and sprinkling them on his wet food helped a bit. Tried this and within FOUR DAYS his stools were normal. This stuff is jaw droppingly good. Thank you SO MUCH.

Vet reccomend
I was told to put my poorly cat on this. First if all the chunks are far to big for her. Second I have no idea what she is eating. Most days she licks the gravy. She is diabetic and has a very sensitive tummy. Not sure what to feed her now

Good for sensitive tums
My catto was so unwell for some weeks following a colon inflammation. This was the only food she ate, and got us back on track. It was so difficult. It's definitely worth a try if they're having a sensitive tummy. Life saver!

Still runny
All of my cats have chronic diarrhea, so I tried this food for a few weeks but it made no difference to their digestion and is a total waste of time and money as it's very expensive! Maybe it helps with other issues but not poor digestion!

Perfect for sensitive stomachs
This has been great for our delicate cat! Makes her regular and she seems to love the taste.

Saved my cat's life
Minnie had lost a third of her body weight, was missing the pooh tray daily and was being sick at least 4 times a week. I was worried out of my mind. I stopped feeding her 'supermarket food' and after talking to her breeder, put her back onto Royal Canin that was in October. It is now January and she is starting to look her again. She is slowly regaining the weight she lost approx 100g a month so far. Her accidents and vomiting are less than once a week. Highly recommend.

Food is OK, but not sustainable
COur Cat seems to like the food, but we are changing wet food provider as he pouches are not recyclable and their sustainability plan is rubbish

Fussiest Eaters Ever!
I have an eighteen year old Birman and two of her kittens, (aged sixteen). They’ll pick at a very few foods for a week or two, then turn their noses up at it. Once it’s been rejected, it’s rejected forever. Week three on this and they’re still eating it, although I only give them one sachet between them, and they don’t quite finish that. Their main diet is RC Elderly Cat.

Two house cats
Neither of my cats will eat this. They normally aren't that fussy but they won't even lick the gravy. Sorry won't buy again.

Odour reduction?
This appealed to me because of the odour reduction marketed on the product. Sadly I didn’t see any reduction in odour. The litter tray still has me heaving because the stench is still so repulsive and so strong. I‘ve recently found out our cat really likes Chicken. I came back to this product just to find out if it was chicken or not but it doesn’t actually specify which animal is in this product meaning I don’t know what I am feeding my cat if I give it to him. Transparency would be nice

Great favourite
My little cat loves this food and is much healthier. I just wish it was not as expensive for such a little amount. I have two cats. The other is not a fussy eater but likes a varied diet. I would love to put them both on the royal canine as it is a quality food but it is very pricey. So unfortunately I can not afford to do this.

At last , thankyou !
My rescue cat suffered with terrible diarrhoea for the first 5 weeks of having her on another royal canin food, she got through 3 tubes of prokolin with no result , being a white fluffy cat I was having to bathe her every time she used the loo it was that bad. We were boiling chicken every meal time and nothing was working ! I bought one sachet of this on a whim from a pet store and that was the point that she went back to normal ! Thankyou !
