Feeding guide

Serving Recommendation:

Gourmet Gold Cat Food is a complete meal for cats. An adult cat (3-5kg) requires 3-4 cans of food per day - to be divided over at least 2 meals. Serve at room temperature.

Adding water to this pate (chicken) and syringe feeding my poorly cat saved her from a hospital stay. It wasn't fun, but it started her off and she then readily accepted it from my fingers. I have syringe fed mousse to rescued hedgehogs refusing to eat before, but this pate is easier to find and being 'complete', is more nutritionally beneficial than e.g. soups which may be more palatable to the unwell, but are only complementary. TO THE REVIEWER BELOW, if you are UK, Wilko stock the mixed pack.

Mixed packs of the pate are much appreciated by owners with fussy cats as we like to mix up our offerings. Please bring them back as I can't store 12 packs of individual pates very easily as I don't have a ware house outside. thankyou and please bring back liver as he loves it. xx

Please bring back the mixed pack of pate x 12 or better still packs of 12 Liver. My fussy Bengal loves this but I can't find it anywhere - help!!!

My very fussy long-haired cat turns up her nose at most decent cat foods. These pates or 'feine pastetes' are the only dishes she truly enjoys and I am pleased to discover something I don't waste. She cleans the plate most of the time. Thrilled to find Zooplus and the price beats UK supermarket prices. Have just placed my second order over £35 for free delivery which is fairly prompt.I will gradually try the pate recipes including veg.purina top quality labelled for the German market. Love it .

Absolute favourite of my cat. Wish more brand produced food in this consistency. I think my cat is addicted to this.

My cat absolutely loves these pate recipes and have given her them in the past with no problems however after my supermarket discontinued them almost two years ago i ordered some from here last month and now my cat seems to be showing symptoms of an allergy (itchy neck/ears, scaly bald patches, soft stools, wheezing/sneezing) and something tells me its this, I read the review below and maybe they have changed an ingredient or added in some artificial rubbish

I have been feeding my cats with this pate for a few years but they wont eat now, I find that the consistency of the pate is now drier & stickier than before and I see my cats trying to get the pate off their teeth & palate. have they changed the recipe recently? Also my cats loved the gourmet"savoury cake"

My cat loves this wet food. He'll eat food with bits in as well, but not as much as this. The consistency is a bit like porridge and really good for cats who don't like food with pieces in.

I bought on Zooplus several tastes from Gourmet Gold Pate recipe 85 gr cans and my pussycat Carota loved them. She Waits the time of her meal and asks with a kind "mieeewwww" while I prepare it in her dishes. I suggest you to try them, they are very special for cats.
