Ferplast Casita 120 Rabbit Cage

We bought this for our English rabbit Ted. It arrived within 2 days and although ere were no written instructions we soon figured out how to out it together. Ted was very pleased jumping inand out of his house. This morning I came downstairs to find no Ted- he had escaped sometime in the night through I presume the opening at the top of the house- I found him sitting on the sofa in the den!! Tomorrow we will be visiting a DIY store to purchase something to block the opening- a design fault if ever I saw one on what is essentially a lovely rabbit house!!!!! Any thoughts on how we should stop this occurring again Ferplast?

really spacious cage our boy loves it.only givin it a 3 because it had no instructions which drove us mad. and the hay rack was broken so we couldnt use it.

The hutch is well accepted by my bunny, but the side door doesn’t have a locking system and she opens it herself. They should have used a tougher plastic, as it arrived broken! I’d give 5 stars to the Zooplus team who replaced it straight away! The material of the box gets 1 star, very poor quality, but because it’s big, 3 stars!
