High consumption and costs
The pellets are well-made and not sharp-edged.
The package is very heavy, and for the quantity and performance it should deliver, it’s not efficient.
It smells very quickly. I have a rabbit, and even though it’s house-trained, it’s really not efficient or sufficient. Value for money is not recommended.

Straw pellets
Unfortunately, I can't confirm that the pellets are odour-free. The rabbit hutch smells just as bad after one day as it does with regular straw. The pellets break apart quickly. There are wood pellets from competitors that are much more absorbent and genuinely odour-neutral. So, it really does come down to price. I'd rather pay more if it works better.

Disappointing
Before I tried these pellets, I always used wood pellets from the zoo or drugstore. And to be honest, I was relieved when the bag was finally empty.
I had to clean out the rabbit hutch twice as often as before because the absorbency wore out much faster. On top of that, the rabbit hutch started to smell much sooner.
I've gone back to using wood pellets again...

crumbles quickly
I am very disappointed after the mostly positive reviews. Did I get a bad batch, or are my rabbits too wild??? By the second day at the latest, everything had crumbled – this is not what I had imagined.

Crumbles and poor odour control
Had quite good experiences with other pellets in terms of odour control and durability.
These ones started to stink after just three days and were already heavily crumbled or contained a lot of fine dust in the package right from the start.
In comparison, wood shavings are a blessing and even cheaper.
I certainly won’t be buying these pellets again.

Test purchase unfortunately failed :(
We had high expectations, especially given the price. Unfortunately, neither we nor our rats are satisfied at all. It’s hard, and even when combined with softer bedding as a "top layer," it doesn’t improve much. The little feet are simply put under too much strain (I’ll just say paw abscesses can develop). We’ll finish using it for the toilets, but as bedding, it’s not recommended, and the consumption rate is anything but economical. Such a shame.

Never use as sole bedding!
Unfortunately, I’ve had to witness dwarf hamster owners keeping their poor animals exclusively on pellets – that’s cruel! No hamster likes living as if "on a rocky desert"!
Sure, this product has its advantages; it depends on how it’s used! If you’re letting your pet live solely on this, then please try walking barefoot on it yourself! – Comfortable?
