Our Saviour
Had to feed our 5 Tibetan puppies with a bottle from the second week onwards. We chose this milk because the mother had already been given RC Starter dry food during pregnancy. After about 1.5 days, the puppies were convinced and drank very well! No issues with their stools either! I can only recommend it!!! An explanation of the teat would be very helpful, as it could minimise "choking"!?

Excellent
I have been breeding for 5 years and switched on the recommendation of fellow breeders, as our litter couldn’t tolerate the previous milk.
I’m thrilled – great digestibility, good stool consistency, and also wonderfully and hygienically packaged.
Highly recommended by me with 5 stars.

Simply brilliant!
We’ve used this milk for all of our Yorkie litters, and we’ve NEVER noticed diarrhoea or anything like that! It’s simply a fantastic product. The only flaw is the bottles, which aren’t particularly impressive. We always used the bottles from the "Liebesperlen" instead, and they worked brilliantly. But apart from that, everything was perfect!

Raising Rabbits
My vet recommended this product to me, and I have to say it’s been great for my animals. The mother rabbit had passed away, and the seven little rabbits were only about 14 days old. They’re thriving beautifully.

Top puppy milk
Dogs often get diarrhoea at the beginning, especially during the transition, so this shouldn't be judged too negatively.
It's a very good puppy milk. We've raised two litters with it. Both the mother and the puppies had it, and they all had shiny coats, ate it eagerly, and I would highly recommend it.

Puppies developed severe diarrhoea
Hello, I cannot recommend the milk. Our Aussie mix German Shepherd puppies developed severe diarrhoea. A large part of them were disgusted by the milk and didn’t drink it at all.

Very good compatibility
I supplemented an 11-puppy litter of long-haired dachshund puppies with Royal Canin puppy milk because the mother only had eight teats and was clearly overwhelmed. Not a single puppy had any kind of issues; they all thrived and grew up strong and healthy. You can also mix some of it into the mother's food—she likes it. So, only positive experiences, including with the packaging. The largest teat fits perfectly for the dachshund puppies, and handling it is straightforward once you know how to do it.

Suuuuuper substitute milk
I’ve been using this milk for my litters for many years now. Even the mother dog gets the product in dissolved form to lap up in between. She looks fantastic, even with a large litter! I can only recommend it.

Puppy milk
I think the puppy milk is very good, and the fact that a bottle with a teat is included is fantastic. However, it’s a shame that there’s no explanation on how to use the teat properly to avoid drowning the puppies. That’s disappointing because you still end up having to buy another teat, which defeats the purpose. I would have liked some information on how to use the teat—do those three raised parts mean something?

Really tasty
Raised a litter of Giant Schnauzers with this. Super good and tasty, though the 400g packets are a bit small for the quantities we need. The puppies are now 7 weeks old and have thrived beautifully. It also mixes wonderfully into their morning milk meal.

Great...
Our 7 Golden Retriever puppies loved this milk. We supplemented them with it until they were 4 weeks old. Unfortunately, the packaging sizes are very small, so we ended up using about one 400g bag per day.

Highly recommended
So far, I’ve tried Royal Canin milk and three other types of puppy milk. With the other brands, we repeatedly had issues with diarrhoea in both the mother dog and the puppies. Even for hand-rearing orphaned puppies, we can only say the best things about it! My long-haired dachshunds have thrived on it. www.langhaardackelzucht.de

Very good experience
I can only agree with the entry from 30/08/04! So far, we’ve only had good experiences with this puppy milk. Easy to prepare, very well tolerated, and highly sought after! Initially, we tried the puppy milk from Mera Dog and had a disaster: the entire litter got diarrhoea.
We know for sure that it was caused by the milk, as after switching to Royal Canin puppy milk (which was very helpful), we later gave Mera Dog another try because we still had the whole bucket (which unfortunately cannot be returned).
Additionally, when preparing Mera Dog milk, a lot of foam forms, which causes the puppies to choke easily. The packaging design is also unappealing (it feels unhygienic, as 2 kg of milk powder comes in a bucket with the preparation instructions lying directly in the powder). With Royal Canin, the large pack consists of individual 400g sachets. The milk is also great for making puppy flakes tastier or for briefly soaking Royal Canin Starter Puppy food.
Best wishes to everyone caring for their puppies!
One limitation with a request to forward this to the manufacturer: the bottles included with each pack, or rather the teats, are not really practical. When sucking strongly, they collapse due to a lack of ventilation, and feeding has to be interrupted constantly. We bought NUK baby bottles, and they work absolutely brilliantly!

Breeding
This puppy milk must be very tasty. The mother, puppies, and the other dogs are all very enthusiastic about it. They couldn't be convinced by Merga Dog puppy milk.
