We've been struggling with pancreatitis for over a year now. At first, I cooked for my dog, but I couldn't achieve any improvement. I have to admit, I personally don't like the composition of this food at all. Initially, my dog had terrible bad breath from the food, but that only lasted about a week. Since then, he's been doing significantly better, and he absolutely loves the food. Adding a bit of water improves the consistency as well. He gets a 400g tin per day for his 20kg weight (neutered).

Really good my Faisy loves it. And it's keeping her kidney disease at bay.

Got this food from our vet because our doggies have a few extra kilos. I'm thrilled! They love the food, are losing weight, and the best part is, they're becoming more agile. We've been feeding it for 3 weeks now, and both have lost 1 kg. I can only recommend this food!

Loki is a severe allergy sufferer and has been on hypoallergenic food for a while. First the z/d, then we had to switch to d/d because the other one was unavailable for some time. We've now tried this one; Loki does eat it, but not as well as the z/d. The consistency is very firm, so I have to soak it in water. I'll probably switch back to z/d. Otherwise, it’s recommendable.

My Australian Shepherd with canine atopic dermatitis and food allergies loves the wet food and tolerates it very well. We've tried everything – BARF, cooking, etc. – but Royal Canin Hypoallergenic and Anallergenic are unfortunately too fatty; they make him vomit and cause licky fits. With Hills z/d, his CAD wasn't well controlled, and his coat was very straw-like; with Hills d/d, his coat was great, but he had digestive issues. I hope I've finally found the right solution with Derm Complete now.

My beagle suffered from mild pancreatic insufficiency, which caused diarrhoea as well as weight loss and generally insufficient digestion. Thanks to switching to this food (in combination with the corresponding Hill's dry food), all symptoms disappeared within a very short time and his levels have significantly improved. Our dog suffers from chronic pancreatitis. This food was recommended to us by our vet because she absolutely needs a low-fat diet. It’s the first food that has worked brilliantly for her in the long term. Awful stomach pains are a thing of the past! She gets half her daily ration as wet food and the other half as dry food (also given as treats). Nothing else. Since then, she’s been back to her old, healthy self!

Our 14 year old collie cross started to drink more and wee more. Tests showed him to have kidney disease and so we tried Hills k/d wet food which he eats without problems and has been on it for about a 2 months. He is drinking less and not having problems getting through the night without weeing anymore. The high quality protein seems to have had a beneficial effect on his weakening back legs too, improving mobility slightly, so very happy.

This is the best meat for my terrier, she loves it and the biscuits as well . She has been having trouble with being sick sometimes not eating at all. The vets diagnosed sludge in her gall bladder put her on meds and digestive low fat meat. Brilliant.

Two years ago our black Labrador was diagnosed with pancreatitis, We had to change him to a very low fat diet and he has been stabilised on the Hills I/d low fat dry food since then. He keeps well, no more sickness, or pain as far as we can tell, and our vet is very pleased with him. He is 9, enjoys long walks and swims off the lead and is still his gorgeous softie self. Long may he continue. I can recommend this product for this condition.

Amazing . My dog loves it fills him as you know beagles are ever so greedy . I give him wet metabolic mixed with the dry same food and he as lost 2 kg . In just 3 weeks . Not a treat other than the metabolic treats you can buy .. Worth the money
