I chose this food because the copper content was 10mg/kg, and my white Havanese lady was getting red stains from the "old" food. After switching back then, her paws and face were stain-free within a week. However, for the past few weeks, with the food from the latest delivery, I now have a dog with red stains again... Lo and behold, the copper content is now 15mg/kg, the same as the old food. They just went ahead and changed the recipe.
