My Maltese girl has always been fed Royal Mini Adult as dry food. I then switched to Maltese Adult. After 14 days, I noticed that her skin was white and covered in thick flakes. I immediately stopped giving her that food and switched back to the previous one, and after a week, the flakes were almost gone.
