Lukullus Veggie Adult Grain-Free

My dogs enjoy this food and look well on it. I’ve ordered it a few times, but Zooplus has altered the packaging. The zip type mechanism to seal the bag & help preserve the food has been removed. When I opened my most recent 12 kg order, the bag’s sides split spilling kibble everywhere so less food & no way to seal it = waste of money. I complained to zooplus who wanted pics as evidence to prove I wasn’t lying! I’ve sent them but no reply. So losing 2 stars for poor packaging & customer service.

In the picture it still shows with its zip lock, but I received just a regular sealed bag and that’s it... Now it seems like only Advance is still making bags with a zip lock.
