Lukullus Veggie Adult Grain-Free

Always used to buy the Lukullus veggie but since they changed the ingredients which includes yeast and pumpkin which is bad for dog's like mine with yeast allergies, have had to find something else . Please stop adding brewers yeast to everything.

My dogs enjoy this food and look well on it. I’ve ordered it a few times, but Zooplus has altered the packaging. The zip type mechanism to seal the bag & help preserve the food has been removed. When I opened my most recent 12 kg order, the bag’s sides split spilling kibble everywhere so less food & no way to seal it = waste of money. I complained to zooplus who wanted pics as evidence to prove I wasn’t lying! I’ve sent them but no reply. So losing 2 stars for poor packaging & customer service.

I feel like with veggie dog food you're often taxed by companies for making an ethical choice so it's good to see a more affordable option on a major site with free delivery over a certain value.

This doesn't mention being cold pressed, also it has yeast in, a lot of dogs these days, like mine have yeast allergies, this just aggravates the allergy 10 x, I turn to a lot of veggie foods for my dog to mix with her raw meat, it's getting more and more difficult to find yeast free products.

Bought this as our usual Lukullus Veggie was out of stock. Much smaller, flatter kibble that my dog just hoovers up without chewing! I think we'll stick with this one now!

So far our little rescue is eating it but turned her nose up at most other veggie kibble.

My dogs really enjoy eating this food and tolerate it very well. Since switching their food, they don’t eat as much grass outside anymore. Their digestion is also good and, unlike with their previous food, there are no more strong-smelling “side effects”.

I switched to these kibbles after trying the other pellet version, which is also a good product but was a bit hard to chew. I'm really happy with these kibbles too. The only downside is that they're quite small. Other than that, they're great—my dog eats them with pleasure. I'm happy with the whole Lukkulus vegan range.

After a very smooth transition over a month, my dog has taken to this food really easily. He really likes the taste, has loads of energy (he’s a 4-year-old Border Collie), and his digestion has become stable throughout the day. Before, we used to have more diarrhoea towards the end of the day with regular meat-based food. The composition of this new grain-free veggie food seems very well thought out and balanced to me.

I have a dog with intolerances and a sensitive stomach to all sorts of things, from certain proteins to grains. These are great, she digests them well, her stool is good, her coat is fantastic. It took me a year to find the right kibble that my dog could actually digest and thrive on. I highly recommend them!

Eggshells make this non-vegan 😕

Suitable for all dogs

I’m vegan and I’m really happy that my dog eats vegan dog food. My dog is healthy and energetic now. Previously, when he ate fish- and meat-based food, we had skin problems and fur discolouration. So this isn’t just ethical… it’s also good for health.

In the picture it still shows with its zip lock, but I received just a regular sealed bag and that’s it... Now it seems like only Advance is still making bags with a zip lock.

Ginger, my 13-year-old little spinone, devours them and since she started eating them she hasn’t had any more tummy troubles. I buy the 1kg x 5 set and I’m especially happy with it because the product stays fresh and the opened pack isn’t bulky at all.
