Love it or hate it, you decide.
My Jack Russell loves tripe wether it be a wet or dry variety but these particular dried strips she just will not eat. I don't know if it's the texture or the strange smell which is something even I'm not used to. It is a real shame because every other type of treat or brand of dog food I've purchased from zooplus these past 2 years she has eaten. 99% out of 100 can't be bad.

Great for a small dog with bad teeth
My ageing rescue terrier has lost a lot ot teeth over the years so she can't handle most chews on the market. This dried tripe is perfect - not too hard, easy to rip up if a piece is too big, and no sharp edges to damage her old gums.
Batches differ
Good batch. Got these a couple of years ago and cut them into peices for my little Jackapoo, she loves them, the next two bags were a bit iffy, some good peices others needed throwing, had whitish type mould on them. Happy to say I decided to try them again after many months, the bag I recieved today looks great, all peices look fine, cut one up and was eaten without hesitation. So batches differ in quality but if you get a good bag, dogs love them.

Can your dog stomach these?
Between air dried chicken feet and these little beauties it's hard to determine which my Parson Jack Russell likes best.
As it takes her a while to finish one of these treats off I tend to give her one at bed time. Once finished to gets a long drink of water then retires fir the night.
6am she wakes me up for her morning walk and she's raring to go. Full of energy.

Inadequate

Doesn't spark any enthusiasm
My dogs aren't picky eaters, especially our male dog—he eats everything he gets. But neither of them will touch this beef tripe; they only nibble a little bit, and at least half of it gets left behind. I'll be donating it to the animal shelter. The quality has dropped a lot
My dog has been eating this brand’s tripe since he was a puppy, but unfortunately, after more than a year, the quality of the product is clearly worse. My dog got diarrhoea and vomited. The first time, I thought it was just a coincidence and that he’d probably eaten something outside, since he’s always eaten this tripe. The second time, I started to suspect the tripe, and by the third time, I was sure. I even feel like the smell and texture are different now. Never again. This product could poison your pet!

Burnt tripe dish, be careful
I've been using this product for years and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, Rocco put a batch of BURNT tripe on the market and Zooplus is distributing it. I complained and they sent me a replacement 5 kg pack from the same batch, just as burnt. I complained again and received another 5 kg, identical to the others. BURNT. Tripe was the first snack I got for my little one, 15 years ago, when she discovered it at her friends’ house 😁 and since then it’s been a must-have.
