We currently have two puppies and a large Labrador weighing around 45kg... All three don’t exactly play gently with the little octopus, but it’s been over a week now and it still doesn’t have any holes. I would definitely recommend it and have already ordered another one just in case it ever needs replacing.

However, it’s not as well received as the squid from Trixie’s Nordic collection. Even though the tentacles make a lovely rustling sound – but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before they discover it for themselves :-)

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. I had to throw it in the bin by the end of the first day. My dog managed to remove the plastic squeak device and the eyes came off. I have had similar toys from Pets at Home for over 4 weeks, they are much better quality, still going strong. My dog is a 2 year old terrier who I have had for 4 weeks and he has not destroyed anything else.

Sorry, lovely but not suitable for dogs! Only lasted 8 minutes.

My little one is 4 months old and definitely has fun with it. I can only recommend it 😊

This toy, in the larger version, broke after just 5 minutes. We had ordered the smaller version before, and our little one had fun with it for several months. I'm not really used to this from Kong. Oh well, shame about the money.

We’ve got a little destroyer at home, and the squid toys, both big and small, are the only ones that stay intact. I’d happily order them again and definitely recommend them!

Totally adorable toy. Really interesting, as the tentacles make a nice crinkling sound. Unfortunately, my dog managed to tear it into a thousand pieces very quickly. Such a shame, I thought Kong toys would last a bit longer. The Wubba seems to be a bit more durable (or maybe not as interesting) – it’s still intact ;)

Such a cute toy and my yorkie loved it but it was destroyed in 30 mins and she almost chocked on the squeaker.

We are very satisfied; our Chihuahua loves playing with it. No annoying squeaking, it has a pleasant crinkling sound. It seems to be well-made, as our dog tends to tear toys apart, but this one looks promising :)

Rio loves this octopus! As soon as it arrived, it became his favourite toy.

The first stuffed toy that’s still intact even after a month! Sturdy and unique. With squeaking and rustling sounds.

I have three of these on rotation because my frenchie loves this toy so much. He will suck on it for hours and parade it around the house.

Not suitable as a dog toy. The fabric is far too thin and not very tear-resistant. Our Lab completely destroyed it in 10 minutes. Shame about the money.

Our collie has had the octopus for his entire life – almost 3 years – and it’s still holding up, even after several washes. Not bad for a dog toy!

The octopus arrived today! My Chihuahua immediately gave it a good cuddle and licked its little arms. I’m definitely going to buy the bigger one.

Kong do an octopus made from a very sturdy fabric which I bought elsewhere, but which has lasted months. I hoped this was a similar quality but my retriever destroyed it in a couple of hours. Please Zooplus have a look at the stronger alternative.

My puppy enjoys playing with his octopus and despite ripping the eyes out, which he has been known to do with other toys, it has lasted very well and is still intact.

Our French Bulldog has destroyed quite a few toys within minutes! This toy has lasted for weeks, and she often chews on the arms as well.

Our Eurasier puppy loves the crackling sound of the octopus's arms when chewing on them. However, for chasing/fetching, tugging, and long-term chewing, she prefers other toys.
