Connection for recharge plug
I had one of these before which my dogs loved. I bought another one because you can plug this one in and it cost less than replacing the batteries all the time. The plug is no longer working. It feels like it isn't connecting properly. So back to batteries. Also the tray has come loose too.

such a shame..
..that the product didn't work in our case - not even 2 hours ago we went & bought one after finding it in pet store's website; would've been great activity game for our 2 shelties (aged 1 & 11) but guess we got a bad apple.
nothing wrong with the batteries. there's both of the sounds when pressed the button, not always though, and not once has it release any treats, only when pressed the reset button but that's to correct the treat container's position..
we were really looking forward to it =(

Not working
So disappointed that the unit isn't working. Going to buy some fresh batteries just in case but there's no red light telling me they are low. No instructions on setting up. Treat does not appear in tray.
