I've been trying for three weeks now to give my dog the product, but no matter how I offer it, he refuses to eat. Even his favourite food, he leaves untouched.

Our Hovi had joint inflammation and was subsequently X-rayed, which clearly showed that he had calcium deposits stored in his bones. In addition, a misalignment of his hind legs had developed, and he is down in the pasterns at the front. For three months, we gave our white shepherd Luposan daily. The symptoms caused by his arthritis were not reduced in any way by Luposan.

The older dog responded to it straight away and became noticeably more lively and agile, while the other one needs additional Osteo Tabs – but I still find the granules effective and simply "good"!

Our Chaco, a highly energetic hunting dog, had problems with one of his rear knee joints about a year ago. This manifested as difficulty getting up after lying down for a long time and sudden limping. After some searching, we found LUPOSAN, bought it, and administered it as instructed. I believe we noticed a significant improvement in his symptoms after just one week (of course, the dog was also given medication by the vet). To this day, we give it to him daily in the exact recommended amount and are completely satisfied. Since then, our Chaco has never limped again and shows no signs of discomfort. We can wholeheartedly recommend this powder—it has only a very mild smell, which doesn’t bother the dog at all. It’s just a shame that it’s so hard to find in regular stores.

We can only recommend Luposon. Our 4-year-old male dog has mild hip dysplasia, which is sometimes noticeable in his movements. Since we started giving him Luposon, there has been a noticeable and visible improvement. He moves completely normally, and sometimes it even scares me how much he runs around. My male Husky, Frodo, now 10 months old, has a severe ligament strain in both hind legs. He’s supposed to go for walks as much as possible to build up muscle. My vet says it will never completely go away because it’s congenital. When he’s been lying down for a while and tries to get up, you can tell he’s in pain—most of the time, he only manages it with a loud whimper. You can also see the severely overstretched ligaments when he walks. After reading all the positive reviews here, I immediately ordered Luposan, and Frodo has been taking it daily for about 8 weeks now. I mix it into his food, and he eats it without any issues. Both he and I think it doesn’t smell too strong—it just smells like mussels, as you’d expect. Anyway, since Frodo started taking Luposan, I’ve only noticed positive changes. He walks much better and is almost pain-free. Even when he’s been lying down for a while, he gets up without any problems. I will definitely keep giving him Luposan and can truly recommend it. Frodo has been doing so much better since starting Luposan, and I think if he continues taking it for a bit longer, he’ll hardly have any complaints at all. So, give it a try for your dog’s sake!

Unlike my predecessors, my dogs absolutely love the Gelenkkraft. My male Doberman is now four years old and often limps on his right foreleg after jogging. The vet mentioned the early stages of mild arthritis. I stopped jogging for now, doubled the dosage for two weeks, then reduced it as per the manufacturer's recommendation and started light jogging again a few days ago. The next morning, the dog was limping again. Now I've doubled the dosage once more and will wait to see what happens. The mussel extract is significantly lower in comparison to competing products, which unfortunately aren't available at Zooplus.

My two black long-haired dachshunds, aged 11 and 8, have been receiving this supplementary food for about 4 weeks now. However, I’ve been giving them less than the recommended amount, with very good results. The older dachshund had issues with the stability of his hind joints. A positive improvement could be noticed after a short time. Highly recommended.

We have a 5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog (female). About 4 weeks ago, she started limping on her front left leg and kept lying down repeatedly. Thanks to Luposan, our 8 3/4-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog Aura can walk well again. She injured her front paw near the shoulder during a jump. For two years, she received injections and painkillers. When I heard about Luposan, I tried it immediately, and after three weeks, I noticed that Aura could get up on her own again and was no longer limping. Now, after three months, she’s walking as if nothing ever happened. Injections and painkillers are a thing of the past.

We have a 12.5-year-old Saint Bernard mix female dog. Of course, with a dog of this age, you always prepare for the worst. She has severe arthritis and, due to compensating while walking, muscle atrophy in her hind legs. We had anabolic injections administered by the vet to help her get back up after going for a wee. When these injections stopped working, we decided to try Luposan as a last hope. We can only recommend this product to everyone. Our Lisa hasn’t turned into a young dog again, but she can manage all the necessary things on her own again, and we hope to have her with us for a little longer.

If there were more than 5 stars, we would give them too. Our Labrador is now 3 3/4 years old. At eight months, we already received the diagnosis of HD, stage 4. Since then, he has been given Luposan every day, and if we didn’t know better, we’d say it “heals.” When he turned 3, our Labrador was thoroughly examined again, and there are no longer any signs of HD. Back then, a renowned veterinary clinic had told us that he would definitely need new hip joints by the age of 2 at the latest. The price of Luposan is not too high for the happiness of a dog!

Well, my Golden Retriever girl does like the taste quite a bit, but some of it sticks to the bowl, and she’s not too keen on that. The smell isn’t particularly appealing either, and I don’t find the effect all that impressive. I had tried Athrofit before, and both my Bee and I get on much better with those pellets. Plus, she’s much more lively with that product.

Luposan is the best joint supplement I’ve tried for my two German Shepherds. Our "old" Vero, at 13 years of age, gets up in the morning without any issues and moves very well for his age. Nino, who is 3 years old, also gets Luposan daily. If one of my dogs ever twists something and starts limping a bit, I double the dose of Luposan. I’ve successfully recommended Luposan to several dog owners and can say it’s a little "miracle cure" for our four-legged friends!

Gelenkkraft works better than all similar products I’ve tried so far. The only downside: the smell is quite unpleasant, so only 4 stars. But what wouldn’t you do for the doggies :o) The product is highly recommended!

Our approximately 10-year-old mixed-breed female dog and our 7-year-old male Rottweiler think Luposan is fantastic. After just one week, we noticed that the female dog became significantly more agile, climbed the stairs more easily, and—oh MIRACLE—started jumping around again. Our male dog loves fish, and therefore also Luposan. The effect on him isn’t as dramatic, but it’s still noticeable.
