Our 11 old labrador was moving very slow and was obviously uncomfortable. After two weeks she was visibly better. Now she is on Luposan for several months and she runs like a young dog again! We are very happy to see her like that!

My 5-year-old German Shepherd suddenly started limping from one day to the next. She especially had trouble with her right front paw after getting up. Ever since I started giving her Luposan Joint Power, she hasn’t been limping anymore—except on the rare occasion when she didn’t eat her food with Luposan. The next day, she’d have her problems again. I’m absolutely thrilled with Luposan!

I finally decided to use the powder on my dog after a long hesitation (since May 2010). I was an extremely sceptical case myself – but I, or rather my dear dog, was proven wrong. I can hardly believe there’s anything comparably great available anywhere else. I’ve even recommended it to my neighbour already...!

We had a purebred Collie, and from the age of about 12, he regularly got this powder. I don’t know whether it was solely down to the powder or if he just had good genes, but he lived to be 15 years old and was always as fit as a fiddle. Unfortunately, even the best medicine stops working at some point... I’ll be giving this to our current dog (7) as well – it certainly can’t hurt.

My 14-year-old dog gets this regularly as a course (double dose for two to three weeks) since she started having age-related (not weight-related) joint issues. At first, it did affect her digestion, but the visible effect soon kicked in (much more mobile!). As I now feed her Happy Dog Senior (which already contains the mussel powder in the food), I don’t give it regularly anymore, but I would add it if I were using a different food.

I can only agree with the other reviews. Buddy suddenly had trouble walking. On the recommendation of our neighbours, we bought Luposan Joint Power. After just two days, his problems disappeared. Super, super, super! The powder is worth its money. Once again, a trip to the vet saved. What’s written on the tin: Luposan Joint Power was specifically developed to stabilise connective tissue. Due to the high content of glycosaminoglycans and other vital substances, connective tissue structures such as tendons, ligaments, joint cartilage, intervertebral discs, and synovia are stabilised and strengthened. Mobility, vitality, and performance are promoted by Luposan Joint Power. Composition: 20% mussel meat extract from Perna Canaliculus, seaweed meal, malt mixture, gelatine, yeast, diatomaceous earth, horsetail, DL-methionine! Ingredients: 31% crude protein, 2.3% crude fat, 19% crude ash, 2.5% crude fibre, 1.7% DL-methionine! Dosage: Use the provided measuring spoon according to the dog’s body weight; details can be found on the tin!

The powder helps my dog really well, and I can only recommend it to every dog owner!!!

After reading all the comments about the smell of Luposan, I opened the tin veeeery carefully. But it smells like you've ordered mussels at a restaurant. And that's tasty, isn't it? My dog (Aussie) absolutely hates fish, but mixed with a bit of oil, she happily ate it. I can't say anything about the effects yet. Since we're only giving it prophylactically, there probably won't be any noticeable results. My doubts about the smell and acceptance have been cleared. I'm very satisfied. 😊

My 1-year-old shepherd already had joint and tendon problems! Since I started using Luposan, he's doing great. Finally, he can romp and play like a normal dog his age! My 6-year-old Doberman takes it too! Not because he necessarily needs it, but it does him good and he likes the taste (he's usually very picky with treats). BRILLIANT!!

Since using this powder, I hardly need painkillers anymore for my seven-year-old German Shepherd who suffers from arthritis and hip problems. I've been giving it to him for about 5 months now, and it has passed the long-term test with top marks. It contains no grains, making it perfect for dogs with allergies! It does have a slightly unusual smell, but the dog seems to love it even more because of that ;) I never would have thought that a small amount of powder once a day could give my dog back soooo much quality of life!!! All I can say is: give it a try and be amazed.

My 5-year-old Swiss Mountain Dog-Rottweiler mix was already having trouble getting up after lying down for a while. Walking was also difficult for him. I can only recommend Luposan Joint Power! Our wire-haired dachshund suffered from dachshund paralysis and, despite surgery and physiotherapy, nothing could be done to help. If I had known about Luposan back then, it might not have happened! Today, I’m feeding our new dachshund puppy Luposan Joint Power as a supplement, and I believe I’m making a good choice with it.

My one-year-old male German Shepherd had long-standing issues with his ligaments because he grew very quickly... His right hind leg would always make a cracking sound when he walked, like a snapping ligament in humans that seemed to be too short... Naturally, this was accompanied by pain, especially during exertion, like when he pulled on the lead to get to another dog... At first, I tried giving him chalk powder, but dogs can't process it properly if given in excess, which can lead to negative consequences... When I discovered Luposan, I spoke with my breeder and other experienced people... They all said that the product can be given without hesitation, regardless of the dog's age. However, it's crucial to stick to the recommended dosage. And above all, you shouldn't expect miracles, as the effect always depends on the individual dog and, just like with humans, is entirely unique!!! I've now almost finished an entire tub, and the cracking sound is gone!! He's also lost a bit of weight and become stronger—I’m sure all the factors are working together here. But I've also noticed that he has more stamina and can run fast for longer periods without muscle weakness. Previously, he would sometimes get a slight cramp in his hind leg, but that's all gone now ;-) I can only recommend giving Luposan to everyone—whether it's a puppy or a "senior"—it works...

I give the powder to my 5-month-old puppy as a preventative measure and to my 10-year-old mixed breed dog. I have to say, I’m impressed. My older dog used to limp all the time and could barely get up when lying down. Ever since I started giving him Luposan, he’s been bouncing around like a young dog and has regained his zest for life. I've been adding Luposan to my dog's food for just over a year now. Previously, she often had joint issues in one of her hind legs. Long walks would leave her limping in the evenings and after getting up. I did some research and came across Luposan, decided to give it a try, and was absolutely amazed! Thanks to Luposan, she's now pain-free and fully active again! I should also mention that she eats it without any fuss, so it tastes good and works! Top marks! Benno, my German Shepherd (9 yrs old) has had problems with his hips for around 2 years. We had to go for shorter and shorter walks and running clearly caused him pain. A mate recommended Luposan and within only a short while he was noticeably better. He even runs again. I just wish I knew about it earlier!

I came across Luposan through acquaintances and add it to the food as a preventive measure. My Aussie Luis (1 year old) is very active, and I want it to stay that way. However, I’ll be ordering from Zooplus soon, as it’s cheaper here than at the pet shop.

We adopted our dog from Spain. She had been in a car accident there, which resulted in a fractured pelvis. Because of this, she only put weight on one side of her hip and completely wore out the disc in her left leg. She was never able to walk or run for long. Kira is only 2 years old and a hunting dog with a lot of energy. Since we started supplementing her diet with Luposan Joint Power, her issues have completely disappeared!!!!
