It works – but not with "BARF"
Dog Rocks really do help to prevent urine stains! It did take a little while at first for all the stains to disappear, but if you replace the rocks regularly, the results are good. However, my sister’s dog is fed a raw diet, and for her, it DOESN’T work! Probably because of the protein, as other buyers have already mentioned... Ours are on dry food, and everything is perfect... The rocks are unfortunately really quite expensive!

Very pleased
I wasn't convinced these would work but gave them a try. As we've got 3 dogs I got 3 jugs instead of using them in the bowl and run with the 3 that way there is always one ready that the rocks have been in for the 12 hours prior to drinking. I leave them in for 2 months or just over in winter and around 4/6 weeks in summer when they are drinking more. Grass is green and I'm convinced they work as everyone else says don't know how but they do.

DogRocks Natural Stones
The yellow patches on the lawn fade quickly, and shrubs (arborvitae, thujas) that always suffer from being urinated on are no longer as "black" in the affected areas. However, you notice very quickly when the effect starts to wear off. In my opinion, replacing it every two months isn't exactly cheap. It's best to order several packs (to save on shipping costs) so that you can immediately counteract new patches when the effect diminishes. Don't dispose of the stones carelessly; clean them and use them as decoration in the house, by the pond, in the rock garden, or to gently drain water at downpipes.

In use for almost a year
Except for two spots in the garden (approx. 300sqm), we've gotten rid of the other eight patches. However, we do have four medium-sized dogs.
