Shame
Such a shame about the lovely lead. I ordered it in April, and now in June, the first rivet has torn.

It's alright...
Processing is fine, the carabiner is replaceable, but the lead is far too wide!! I have a 30 kg and a 53 kg dog, who sometimes act up and are not so easy to handle. But this lead is definitely too wide... maybe necessary for dogs over 65 kg, but definitely not needed for all others. I’ll go back to 1 cm or 1.5 cm wide leather leads... that’s enough! Otherwise, as mentioned, the lead is fine, just the width is simply oversized.

Shame
We have a silver Labrador. He is now 11 months old and weighs about 35kg!!! He’s also currently in his discovery phase, which requires intensive training to steer this phase in the right direction. For a young dog who wants to test his strength, unfortunately, this lead is not the right choice. With one strong tug, the lead snapped when he was tied to a tree for training purposes. If the dog is calmer and easier to handle, it’s great. It feels good in the hand and has an excellent length. And the price is spot on too.

Great for smaller dogs.
We now have the second Heim lead for our Labrador (40 kg), but unfortunately, the rivets have just given out. Our impression is that the rivets are simply too small and can't withstand much force.

Actually good, but!!!
Not really suitable for pulling dogs as the leads give way. Furthermore, they unfortunately rub off quite a bit on clothing if you wear them over your shoulder. But otherwise, they're fine.

Unintentional freewheel...
After the first three walks in the snow, the carabiner clasp suddenly opened on its own when shaken, and our new family member was free. This has already happened about 10 times, and the carabiner on the other side of the lead isn’t reliable either, although it’s a bit sturdier. We were very shocked and quite annoyed. We’ll be picking up new carabiners from the hardware store this weekend. The leather is beautifully supple even after snow and cold, but it’s quite elastic, which I’m not used to.

Carabiners don't hold (?!).
We recently bought two of these leads for our large dogs. Unfortunately, it’s now happening regularly with both leads that the clip opens, leaving the dog without a lead. Our dogs have quite a lot of skin and fur, and it usually happens when they shake themselves.
That said, the craftsmanship of the leads is top-notch! Very sturdy and with great adjustment options.
However, the flaw with the clips remains. It’s a matter of safety for both dogs and humans!
