Unfortunately, I relied on the many positive comments. The fact is, the exterior is really nicely made, but the interior is absolutely dangerous, at least for puppies. Our little one scratches at the inner mat, which comes loose easily, creating large clumps of fluff that he then eats. Probably great for adult dogs, but absolutely unsuitable and dangerous for puppies.

For our Border, who stays completely calm when he's in the crate, this crate is very good in terms of value for money. However, I find it a bit unstable. Whether the crate would hold up with a more spirited dog who still needs to learn to "stay in the crate" seems very doubtful to me. A real shame, actually.
