Shame
Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, the plastic was cracked 😪. Otherwise, it's a nice size for at least three guinea pigs for transporting. The strap doesn't hold properly, so I wouldn't use it.

Unfortunately, poor quality
Looks nice but is very unstable; when unpacking, broken parts were already falling out. While attaching the lid, one of the rear light blue clips broke straight away... I don’t fully trust the handle either. When transporting, I use the handle along with the strap... not recommended.

Lid size !!!
The length and width unfortunately don’t refer to the base or the lying surface!!! They are the measurements of the lid instead. The base is 8cm shorter (the box tapers towards the bottom)!!! I’ll have to return the box because my Yorkshire/Maltese dog unfortunately doesn’t fit inside due to these odd measurements… really very disappointing and frustrating as I otherwise have no complaints about the box!

The handle couldn't be attached!
Unfortunately, I was unable to attach the handle; if I had applied even more force, I would have surely broken the lid! The material of the handle is very sturdy! Additionally, the basket is a bit too small for my large cat, so the product is being returned! My recommendation: send the basket with the handle already attached!

Well...
I had higher expectations for this transport box. The clips are honestly so poor in quality, and after bending them a few times, the plastic turns white... On top of that, the box is very small, barely suitable for my cats (domestic cats, 6 and 7 kg). Although it’s stated that it’s only suitable for cats up to 5 kg, I thought it would work for a vet visit. I’m now considering buying the carry bag instead.

Overall okay, but a bit sharp-edged on the inside.
At first, I was really impressed with the price-performance ratio. Until my cat had to stay at the Catdoc a bit longer and got a bit more agitated as a result. When I picked her up, she pressed her little nose against the openings from the inside, and then it started bleeding... :(
Well, I filed them down a bit and now I always put her blanket inside. Apart from that incident, the box is actually good. Especially practical, since my kitty isn’t all that compatible with transport boxes. At least not entirely willingly =)

Lower Material Quality
For the price, the product is just about acceptable, although the material quality is rather poor. There are also visible stamping/manufacturing residues on the casing.

Unfortunately, it broke.
At first, I thought the price-performance ratio was quite good. However, when we tried to transport our 6kg tomcat in the box, he somehow managed to wreck it—the bottom completely collapsed on one side.
I personally don’t find the handle very trustworthy, but it does hold well.
So, if you don’t have a fighter cat (I don’t really either), it works just fine.
Oh, and I don’t think the box is too small for a cat.

latches become loose.
This type of carrier is more suitable for very small animals like guinea pigs, rabbits etc.
The latches on the top are moulded plastic and become loose with use. The weight of a cat inside makes makes them open and the bottom part swings open and the cat escapes. There is no additional safety measure to ensure this doesn't happen.
Also, it is very small for an adult cat. There is insufficient room to turn around or avoid sitting in any "accident" the cat may have in the carrier. If your cat is reluctant to walk into a carrier, there are very good models for about $25 with both a wire mesh front door and top loading sliding doors as well. Much safer and more comfortable for your cat. I couldn't imagine anyone using a carrier this small for a dog, even the most miniature of dogs. It would be cruel.

Not very sturdy
I bought 2 boxes and tested them. During my car journeys, I take a break after 2 hours to let my cats use the toilet. This means opening and closing them 3 times per trip. Unfortunately, the boxes only lasted 4 months. Now both are broken. So, they’re not suitable if they need to be opened and closed frequently. However, it’s great that you can carry them over your shoulder and the size is good too!

Small
This transport box is far too small for my fully grown cat. While exploring it, she tried to lie down inside and got totally startled when her nose suddenly bumped against the box.
Furthermore, I can't manage to attach the handles to close the box at all.
Unfortunately, I bought it 4 weeks ago and hadn't properly tested it beforehand... I can't do anything with it now!

Misleading size information
I bought the box for my two rabbits, measured it at home, thought it was big enough, and ordered it. Unfortunately, the size specification of the box doesn’t refer to the base but to the widest point at the edge. Since my rabbits can only sit on the floor, unfortunately, they don’t fit inside. Otherwise, it’s a lovely box!

Scraped nose.
We bought this box for our Norwegian Forest cat and tried it out straight away on the way to the vet. The slits in the basket are not rounded at all, so our cat, who was scared and kept looking through the slits, ended up with a scraped nose. I cannot recommend this basket and am back to searching for something new.
