The Carrier itself is fine nice size too I have bought three of these over the years the only problem as a lot of other people have mentioned is the problem with the top clips they are fine for a while then get looser the more they are used then they break its very frustrating especially when there are no other problems with it Surely the manufacturers can come up with a better fastening than these ?

Good for first 2 visits to vet and 1 kennel visit. Unfortunately last visit to vet top top came off top clips broke while going into vets. Only got as one review said great for two cats. And for 12kg. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately the top opening flap was too small for my cat who hates being put into a basket. She would struggle too much for me to fit her in the rather small top opening. Also not sure my 6month old bengal mix would get in there either. Other than that would have been a good carrier! Had to return it

I could not get the hooks that are intended to allow a carrying strap to be attached to go on (one end of each hook will go in but then the other will not). There is no answer on the support line.
