Basically, the bowl is great and very practical – I always keep it in the car and use it when I'm out and about. But unfortunately, the folding sections are really too thin! The first bowl tore quite quickly. Since it was on the upper ring, I kept using it until now, during my holiday, the entire upper ring ripped off! I hope the second bowl lasts longer...

Fantastic bowl for the price and a fraction of the cost of other more exspensive versions that basically do the same job! This one is ideal for travel as it can be folded over when flat and put in your pocket. We've never had an issue with it collapsing or tipping over, even in the car. Our westie pup Bryan thinks it's pawfect :-)

Got one through the "bonus programme" – thought, why not give it a try. Since then, we've been thrilled. It's always with us and can even be stuffed/crumpled into a bum bag. It's been leak-proof for a year now, nothing's torn, it stays folded and even stands upright. Not ideal for indoors though – if the dog steps on it, it collapses and water ends up everywhere :-) We're now buying a second one. As for the "predetermined breaking points" mentioned below, we've seen no sign of them!

I think this travel bowl is really good. You can bring it anywhere and it can be folded down and fits in any handbag. Because it is made of silicone, it is very convenient.

I have to agree with the last review. Ours didn’t last until the second holiday either. The weak point is the collapsible side wall. Such a shame...

We bought the bowl to have a space-saving container for travelling. Unfortunately, it tore horizontally in the middle after just five uses. I absolutely cannot recommend it and have now bought a small stainless steel bowl instead.

I received one of these as a free gift with another order and found it to be absolutely brilliant. Fantastic for keeping in rucksack when walking. I am now going to order more to keep in the car and caravan. Takes up hardly any room and very light.

There are definitely better ones out there! The material is just too thin and doesn’t stay folded (which is really the whole point, isn’t it?). Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this one; I had a different one before and was very happy with it.

I don't like the travel bowl that much. I thought the material would be a bit thicker. I've seen similar bowls at friends' places before, so I'm a bit disappointed here.

These dog bowls must have something magical about them. My dog Stella is a veeery lazy drinker. We practically have to act like clowns to get her to finally drink. Although I originally bought these bowls just to use them when we're out and about, I now leave them scattered around the house in everyday life so she’s reminded to drink wherever she is. And she drinks from these bowls like crazy compared to the stainless steel bowl.

We always take our Schecki and little Milka with us on our camping holidays. To save space, we ordered the smallest version twice to try out a collapsible bowl. At first, the bowls smelled like rubber, but that's pretty normal with silicone products. I simply "unfolded" them and left them standing in the kitchen for a few days, and then the smell disappeared. They are very easy to fold and unfold and are super lightweight. The size is perfect for our two fluffballs. The only downside (though it's not really the bowl's fault) is that our Schecki can easily knock over his bowl while playing. Since he always does this, we kind of expected it. For this reason, the bowl is just a bit too light, so I deducted one point. However, for calm cats who only use their bowls for drinking, this product is a great choice.
