My cats used to love these until the formula got changed and now they literally don’t want to sit next to it. I used to buy lots of packs at once because my cats used to eat them every morning, but the last time i ordered, I could see that the colour of the cream has changed and and my cats have been refusing to eat them ever since. PLEASE BRING THE OLD FORMULA BACK

My cat use to love these, I could disguise his medication under one tube of this. The cat now turns his nose up at these, the only person who likes them now is the local wild fox. Why can’t the announce that they’ve changed the recipe so we only buy a small amount of them rather than the load I’ve got left!

Whatever you have done to this recipe please change it back. My two cats have been obsessed with this for over 10 years. Since you've changed it neither cat will go near it. You can visually see the difference too, its a different colour and an oilier consistency. It looks like they've added a lot more oil too it and the quantity has definitely become smaller. Makes no difference my cats that once couldn't get enough of this now won't touch it. You've destroyed an amazing product. Very unhappy.

What has happened to this product.? My cat was obsessed with this stuff. The paste is now a different colour and she will not touch it … and she is the greediest cat you will ever meet. Whatever the recipes change is, please change it back!

My cats used to love this but the formulation has changed & they now refuse. It was a great source of vitamins for raw fed cats but not anymore.

I have been buying this for some time now, cat loved it, never had a problem. Got my latest order 2 weeks ago, neither cat will eat it. Very disappointing.

My cat likes the other flavours from this line - malt the most, malt and cheese and liver. However when I opened this one he immediately turned his nose up and ran away. Everytime I offer this one it is refused. I’ve noticed this one has a more… citrusy scent. So not for my cat unfortunately but he does like the other flavours.

My cats loved it, but ever since the new packaging and new recipe, they won't touch it anymore... such a shame!!!

I noticed the new packaging with my last order. I don’t know if there’s a new formula as well, but my cat doesn’t like it anymore. She used to eat it very happily before. Such a shame.

My cat has being ill since having this. Really bad diarrhoea and green vomiting. He is so ill and being so lethargic since he had it. He does not have a sensitive stomach but he has reacted really bad to this. He usually has the milky cream snack from this brand and never had any issues. The vet has now Put him on anti sickness and diarrhoea medication.

My 9-year-old tomcat eagerly went for it, but just now everything ended up on the carpet. So I decided to check the ingredients: just some weird by-products...

My cat loves all of the other flavours of these treats- a lot. For some reason she won't go near the multi-vitamin ones. She isn't a fussy eater. I think it may have a strong "vitamin" odour, like ours do. Great that others cats like them though - maybe my friends cats will appreciate them :)

...and I can't even blame them – it smells and looks like vomit.... Mine certainly don't like it.
