Poor quality
I bought this eighteen months ago to replace exactly the same cat tree purchased around ten years ago. The quality is so poor that in less than a year it was looking considerably worse than the other did after all those years! Shoddily made with inferior materials, very disappointed. My cat is a small female Ragdoll.

Wrong parts delivered-TWICE
Really disappointed that I received the wrong parts twice. The metal angle attached to one level was not as per instruction guide or an online demonstration of how to put together. If this metal loop now replaces the metal angle as shown in the instructions then a longer wood screw should be provided.
I will say Zooplus service team provided speedy customer service via email.
