I had to cut off the material from the lower posts as my foster cat kept getting her claws stuck in it when using it as a scratch post. I’ve also only had it for 8 months and it is already looking very shabby on the slope, with the edging pulling off it. The 3 sleeping areas are well used though.

This is the second Bears Den I have had but the first one was much better quality and lasted much longer. I will not order this again unless the quality changes.

Arrived very quickly, I'm a carpenter and building surveyor putting together the tree house should have been easy, laid out all the parts put them with the right parts. Job done just putting it together, no the thread bars that hold the posts together are very poor, they don't tighten up without ripping the fabric on the platforms need spare parts told 4-6weeks to deliver because the wrong size threaded bar to use on hammock will not join together and won't come apart will be sent back
