Very poor quality, the edges are very rough, wood dangerously splintering to where it cut me during building it, the base is warped so it rocks badly, cushions and beds have zero padding so uncomfortable for the cats.

The manufacturer forgot to mention that the scratching post should be protected from cats. After just 1.5 months of use, the material covering the little house is coming off completely at the entrance. This is my first (and last!) scratching post from this company. I had read before that the quality had really gone downhill, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. It’s a shame because the scratching post itself looks nice and the cats liked it. However, the price-to-quality ratio and durability are just terrible.

The cat baskets are way too small. So I wouldn’t recommend them. Now I have to make changes, which will cost time and money.

None of the scratchers from this brand are stable.
