Poor quality, wood warped and splintering
Very poor quality, the edges are very rough, wood dangerously splintering to where it cut me during building it, the base is warped so it rocks badly, cushions and beds have zero padding so uncomfortable for the cats.

Amazing quality, but very slow delivery
The quality is amazing - actual solid wood instead of plywood, and nice thick scratching posts.
The site says delivery in 2 days, but it took over a week. I'm hoping it was just a small hiccup. It was my first order

Sturdy post
I have five cats so was pleased that the post was sturdy once built. The house part is a bit flimsy until it is attached to the post. It looks lovely but is a tight squeeze for my large moggy to fit inside. The beds are very thin and could do with having a cushion for each.
The wood is just bare wood and has not been treated.
All five of my cats have already used the post or slept on it so obviously a big hit with them.

Good quality stand, BUT Cuddle beds (although appeared to measure same as the ‘flower stand) are too small for my adult cats. Disappointed.

Scratching post
The scratching post is much worse in quality compared to the same one we bought three years ago. The wooden parts are made of plywood and are a bit smaller than the original, and the scratching posts have thinner rope. It's just average.

4 years, only a few scratches, would definitely buy again
After 4 years of use, the scratching part/rope has only shifted here and there, with 1cm being the biggest gap. One of the donut cushions has come apart in one spot from the bottom up, about 10cm.
I hope it's still being produced when mine eventually wears out in the future.

I like it because it's stable, but for €110 they could have used the fir wood they claim. In reality, it's not solid fir wood like I thought, but plywood with sheets. I also don't like that the balls are attached with staples, which is risky because the kitten could swallow them while playing. I bought the cat tree a few years ago, and it held up pretty well until a few weeks back. My tomcat K. climbed into the top nest, and at that moment, one of the middle sections gave way and the whole thing broke in the middle of the night. K. fell and got hurt—only luck kept it from being something really serious, otherwise I would’ve taken ZooPlus to court. But even so, when I asked them if I could buy a replacement section, they told me it wasn’t possible. Very disappointed and unhappy.

Sturdy favourite spot for the cat
Stylish tree that stays firmly in place even when the cat jumps from one level to another. Definitely worth the price. My small cat didn’t dare to jump to the highest level at first, because the edges of the cushion on the top level were too high. I solved this by swapping the cushions between the hideaway and the top level. Now my kitty loves lounging on all the levels.

Looks sturdy and solid, but has a terrible smell

The manufacturer forgot to mention that the scratching post should be protected from cats.
