The quality is amazing - actual solid wood instead of plywood, and nice thick scratching posts. The site says delivery in 2 days, but it took over a week. I'm hoping it was just a small hiccup. It was my first order

I have five cats so was pleased that the post was sturdy once built. The house part is a bit flimsy until it is attached to the post. It looks lovely but is a tight squeeze for my large moggy to fit inside. The beds are very thin and could do with having a cushion for each. The wood is just bare wood and has not been treated. All five of my cats have already used the post or slept on it so obviously a big hit with them.

It's a very nice scratching post, top-quality workmanship and materials. Highly recommended.

I bought the XL Plus scratching post in 2017 and was very satisfied with the workmanship. The current model from 2024 is not comparable in quality at all. Some parts of the posts already look very worn after just one month of use. The cosy bed is also no longer as well made. Visually, I find the scratching post very attractive... but I want it to last a long time. Therefore, I can no longer recommend the scratching post for the price. Such a shame!

This is by far the best scratching post our cats have ever had. Top quality, design, replaceable fabric elements, very sturdy, and lovely thick scratching poles. 5 out of 5 stars. We're about to buy a second one straight away.

Very good and high quality, definitely worth its price 🌷

We have two slightly smaller British Shorthairs, and they took to it straight away during assembly. The cushions stay in place really well thanks to the Velcro. Plus, they have a lovely high edge, which makes snuggling in absolutely perfect.

Good quality stand, BUT Cuddle beds (although appeared to measure same as the ‘flower stand) are too small for my adult cats. Disappointed.

The scratching post does what it’s supposed to... Two of my four cats love it, while the other two senior cats prefer the scratching post in the hallway because they feel safer there away from our little daughter... But two of my four absolutely love this scratching post. As soon as it was set up, they immediately picked their spots!

The scratching post was easy to assemble and so far seems very sturdy and robust 🙂

First of all: This isn’t our first product from Natural Paradise, and I have the impression that their items used to be of higher quality in the past. The cat tree itself is nice and easy to assemble. Had I read the product dimensions carefully, I would have noticed before purchasing that the beds and the areas intended for them are very small (although, when measuring older models, around 40 cm was fine). The beds are already too small for our 3.5 kg mini cat.

I’m absolutely thrilled! It was really well received by my two cats. On the first day, it smelled a bit like wood, but that went away quickly. The cushions stay in place perfectly with the Velcro. I can only give it full marks!!

The scratching post is very sturdy, easy to assemble, looks great, and is well-received. The only downside is the attachment of the cushions, which leaves something to be desired. The small Velcro straps barely hold, and the top cushion keeps falling off because the Velcro can't grip the cushion at all.

The cushions don’t really stay in place. When my kitten jumps on them, he falls off along with the cushions. Really unsafe!! There are far too few Velcro straps attached, and they don’t stick properly to the base fabric.

I’ve had this scratching post here for 3 months now. Initially, it was for one fully grown domestic shorthair. Now a little wild mouse (Ragdoll kitten) has joined us. The scratching post is so sturdy that it will also hold up when the little one is fully grown. Only the cushions are a bit small, even for the domestic shorthair. Price-performance ratio and appearance are excellent. I don’t regret the purchase.
