Not fit for purpose
Size of tree is great. Cats love it! Unfortunately bottom posts are covered in fabric. They should have been covered in sisal rope. My cats have scratched the bottom posts and are through to the cardboard posts. Not the greatest design

Not suitable for adult Ragdolls
I have a ragdoll female and she struggles to fit in the hidey holes and on the 3 platforms on the top...she is only able to sit and not comfortably. She is not able to use the top ladder as she can not turn round on the platform to get to it.
I can not fault the service or delivery, but this is really not at all suitable for large adult cats.
