Big and heavy

In love with this cat tree, still shocked at how big it stands! My 5 cats absolutely love it! Wish there were maybe some steps or a ladder right at the bottom due to them having to jump up and down it constantly, apart from that, incredible value for money!

Constantly in use

This is the second of these trees that I have bought - I have 4 cats so it gets a lot of use! It arrived very quickly and was easy to assemble. The cats all love it, both to play in and to sleep on. The only criticism I have is that I would rather pay a little more and have all posts made of sisal rather than some made of fabric, as the fabric ones do not get used at all. The option of buying spare sisal posts would be a good alternative. However, it is still extremely good value for money.

Great value for money

I have two of these, one upstairs, one down. They've been moved around and are used constantly by all three older cats and the dog hides at the bottom. Very solid and robust, rock solid against assault by a large heavy cat and occasional wild chases. I omitted the top most perch in one room and put two sisal scratching poles at ground floor. It is easy to assemble and disassemble as needed. Very good quality throughout. No hesitation in recommending.

Rapunzel Rapunzel, Let Down Your Tail!

My kittens absolutely adore the rapunzel cat tree!! It’s bloody brilliant!! It goes so well in our small living room as despite being tall, it’s not very wide so isn’t too imposing on the room! We foster cats as well as looking after our own and every single cat has been playing on the tree non-stop, even our shier babies. So many ledges for them to lounge on and a good amount of cubby holes for them to hide in. A really great cat tree for the money, good quality and aesthetically pleasing 😍

Such a shame :(

I ordered one of these to find that practically all the holes had been drilled in wrong place so couldn't be put together. I contacted Zooplus, who were great, and they arranged for Parcel Force to come and collect and despached another on same day. The other tree arrived today and I can't believe it .. none of the holes are drilled in the right place again. Am so sorry as this would have looked ideal in the house.

great service from Zooplus. Item arrived quickly and was pretty easy to put to together and no additional tools required. Its a substantial piece, heavy and sturdy so I am happy with the quality. Cats seem to like it and very pleased with he purchase.

Fantastic Product!

Purchased this climbing tree two years ago. My bengal adores it and it is still in excellent condition despite daily use. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another when required (but looks like it could be a few years away yet!!)

Tubby Tower

Arrived within 2 days of ordering. Fairly easy to assemble after a few false starts. Lovely and solid. We have swapped the legs around so there are 2 sisal ones on the bottom after reading other comments. Let the games commence.

Instant Hit

During the construction the cats were all over it. Easy to put together and brilliant for my two, one of them is quite large and heavy but it's perfect for him. Absolute bargain. Zooplus is definitely my go to site for cat products.

Fabulous

Have a nervous but friendly rescue cat. This tree, that she loves, allows her to be with us but at a safe distance. She is starting to chill out. BRILLIANT 😆😆😆

This thing is huge.

Solidly built, and did I say huge yet? I'm a good 6'3, and the highest platform is above my head. The kitten absolutely loves it, and despite a few clumsy falls from rolling has made it her new home. She loves being able to watch us from head height. As others have said, perhaps it would be better if the bottom of the "legs" were covered in sisal as well, but fortunately our cat doesn't want to scratch at it.

Absolutely brilliant. We've one in my bedroom and one on the cats room atm and they're used constantly. One we have just replaced but the old one had lasted 9 years with use from 3 cats!! Easy to assemble and plenty versatile for the cats.

great product - buying again

My three ragdoll cats love this cat tree. We also have kittens sometimes and they play or sleep on it like half the time. We have moved to a different country and had to leave this behind, but after looking for other options we are buying this one again. I actually think the posts are a little small for my male ragdoll cat (7kg), but he sleeps on the highest one all the time so i guess he does not mind. They also do not use the lowest box. But they love it.

Brilliant - our one has lasted three years

Bought this in 2015 and am now going to purchase another as the fur has finally worn in places and is looking tatty (but after three years of constant use what would you expect) Still as sturdy as the day we put it together. Easy to build strong and Sturdy. One of our cats is frightened of his own shadow, this tree has proved a god send as he sits up on the top level and always sleeps up there. Would highly recommend

Awful

If I could score this in the negative I would. When I received the item, when assembling it, I found that the very first platform was drilled incorrectly. I contacted the Zooplus customer service team; who were brilliant, and we quickly sorted the matter to our mutual satisfaction. *However* I stupidly didn't check the rest of the platforms ... All of them had the holes incorrectly placed, including the holes that had bolts inserted. So I'm now left with an inherently unstable tree.

Well loved

Needed something bigger for our new rescue and this tree seemed ok for the price. It did not take long to put together and everything was in the box. It fits well in a corner and there does not seem to be any risk of it tipping over, even when the cat jumps and climbs all over it. I only wish the bottom poles had string around it as well, but it is a minor thing

Fantastic purchase

My indoor cat adores this - she scratches it, sleeps on it & seldom leaves it. I tend to feel quite guilty that she doesn't go out but buying the Rapunzel tree has eased my conscience! It's pretty big though so make sure you have enough space for it!

Cat absolutely loves it!

We got this two days ago, set it up that night and Xander (the cat) has pretty much lived up there ever since. He’s a fussy so and so, so I was expecting him to need to adjust to it, but he was climbing it before it was even fully built. It feels solid and well made, and although there is plenty for cats to do on it the footprint space is fairly small. Really pleased with this purchase.

Not fit for purpose

Size of tree is great. Cats love it! Unfortunately bottom posts are covered in fabric. They should have been covered in sisal rope. My cats have scratched the bottom posts and are through to the cardboard posts. Not the greatest design

Kitten Tower

Our 6 month old kittens love this. They have crazy play chasing each other up & down & also like to rest & sleep in the boxes. We took the top three platforms off for now until they are steadier in their jumping skills as it is quite tall! Great size & quality for price & easy to put together. Only complaint, it would be great if the sisal posts were put in a bag before putting in the big hidey box for transportation as I had to hoover everything before use because of all the sisal bits.

It's a hit!

Replaced a smaller Cat Tree with this one and the boys LOVE it! It wasn't even finished before Clint was climbing all over it. He particularly likes the dangly mice. My older chaps have been laying claim to the cubby holes and were straight into testing the scratching posts. Delivery was quick - as per usual from Zooplus - and the Tree was easy to put together: I did it on my own in about 25 minutes. See pictures from 'Pfh'

Great Scratcher! Great Service

This scratcher is amazing, its so tall and within minutes of me putting it up my cats were all over it. Only issue is it does wobble if they go up it to quick, but not dangerously. The delivery was also so quick, i ordered Monday and arrived on Wednesday.

Sturdy fluffy perfect

I had a little help putting it together..Dottie seemed to be rather excited about the huge tower even before I (sorry, we... me and my beautiful fluff ball) put it together. Now it’s up...well, it’s taller than me and she looks like a queen perched on her throne! Absolutely worth every penny and more!

A true cat paradise

My kitten absolutely LOVES ths cat tree. We have placed it in a coner, with tree wooden boxes on the wall that she can jump on, and I have honestly never seen her this exited. She can get away from us at the top, and still lean in for a cuddle in the middle section. She climbs and jumps all over, and this tree is super sturdy Worth the money without a doubt.

Sturdy and easy to put together

Received our Rapunzel Cat Tree really quickly, and came well packaged. At first glance I did panic a bit about putting it together, as there are no written instructions; only a picture with corresponding letters and numbers for the parts. It went together quickly after a couple of attempts - there are certain parts you need to put together first before you start to construct the tower. The overall product seems extremely sturdy, and the faux fur is very soft. Our boy cat took to it immediately and has left it only to eat and to see off the girls! He's definitely claimed it as his own. He's not a small cat, and has been hanging off the platforms to play with the dangling mice and to bat things off shelves he can now reach. It hasn't wobbled or threatened to tip over, which is a huge relief. I've already recommended this to friends with cats, as we're so impressed with it! Definitely worth the price tag, even if boy cat won't let the girls get a sniff!

Value and fun

Best price. 4 cat household. 2 adult 2 kittens. Sturdy easy to put together adult and kittens absolutely love them. Bought two put side by side kittens jump from one to the other. Love the dangly mice! Best value and the love it! Them! Multi cat household best ever.

Still standing after two years!

Our two cats love this, it's their favourite toy/sleeping area and they play fight for the top spot! Battered now after two years so will be ordering a new one soon.

lovely tree just not big enough for our MaineCoon

My husband couldn't build this quick enough Reggie our Maine coon was sat on it while it was being built we only got it today and already he is fast asleep on the top perch.The only downside is that it is big enough for his feet they are dangling over the edge he does not seem that bothered though I would say the box at the lower level could be with being a bit higher, hopefully our other 2 cats will join him on it soon nice really pleased with it

Love this tree

Our 3 cats love this tree and even though they are adults still squash themselves into and sleep in the small platforms. I have had to reverse the scratching posts and rotate them as it is very popular as a claw sharpener! The small ladder was never used and 2 years later one of the dangling toys still survives. Good value, good height and very sturdy. The boxes are a good place to hide treats, they were never used as dens.

Great Scratch Post!!

Bought this post for my 3 cats and they absolutely love it!! Really easy to put together and they were playing on it before we'd finished building it! It's amazing for the money! Really tall and sturdy and am sure they will have hours of fun! Best post ive ever bought - would recommend!

My cat has never been happier.

My cat recently had a horrible experience with loosing his sister on their way to the plane when I was moving from Sweden to the UK. She was found 2 weeks later and sent here soon, but my boy cat was left traumatized. Some friends bought me this tree, and he's been happy ever since. It's incredible! It did miss one screw but that's okay. Love it!

My cats LOVE this

Although a bit pricey, I dont regret buying this cat tree at all. I love the cream colors (matches my living room) and looks feels very high quality. My main concern was that my cats would not use this enough but honestly, they spend more time on this than they do anywhere else in the house! I cant get them off it. Such a great purchase.

Easy too put together so no man needed lol.easy instructions to follow. The only thing is that the picture shows hanging toys off two sections I have only one hanging off the low section also the picture shows a ground floor ladder, the one I got doesn't even have the holes for a ground floor ladder but I'm not bothered because with the ladder it would stick out from where I have it placed in the room. My two cats love it, great price very sturdy looks lovely with my furniture..

Tall and reasonably compact

We didn't get even a third constructed on this before our cat Ollie decided it was his new best thing ever and started climbing on it, playing with the mice (that were on boards still on the floor). Upon finishing construction, he settled in on the topmost platform and we had to coax him down so we could move it into its final position. Unfortunately, within a few days one of the bottom posts had the fabric covering come torn off which was a shame.

perfect for big cats

Is heavy and very study i have three cats 6kg 5.5kg 4.5kg and play and sleep on it. The three uper places 35x35 are big enought fo sleep , and they enjoy it i think better that the one i bought a few months ago for our sumner house. The only think that do not use in the low big house . The stability is perfect no wall mountant is necesary.the only problem is that i had a hole mounth delay of the delivery couse the courier lost two times my parchel .

Not suitable for adult Ragdolls

I have a ragdoll female and she struggles to fit in the hidey holes and on the 3 platforms on the top...she is only able to sit and not comfortably. She is not able to use the top ladder as she can not turn round on the platform to get to it. I can not fault the service or delivery, but this is really not at all suitable for large adult cats.

Great product for the price

Zooplus delivered this very quickly. It was easy to assemble and our cats love it. The top 3 posts soon began to wobble but with our adult cats and 2 litters of kittens all at once, it was not surprising. It has seen a lot of action and been put through it's paces!

Two very happy cats

Got this tree for my two tabbies who have out grown their last tree. This one is perfect as it has great size boxes for them to hide in and the three platforms means they don't have to fight about who gets to sleep up top! Couldn't be happier with it.

Very Impressed

This is a great cat tree, very sturdy and excellent price for the quality. My two kittens love it and snooze and scratch away on it. Admittedly you can get a similar product cheaper elsewhere however I would rather pay a slightly increased price for the reassurance of better quality and the excellent service of Zooplus.

Disappointed, v poor quality but zooplus customer service great

We have 2 ragdolls but they are still kittens so not large yet, but chose a product suitable for large breeds. Within days of arriving, the roof of the larger box had caved in. Contacted zooplus who arranged for a replacement part to be sent. Reassembled and a couple of weeks later the same thing happened to the new part! Contacted zooplus again who arranged to collect the product and offered a full refund - so we were very impressed with the customer service we received. However, the quality of this product is just not up to standard. We have had several trees/scratching posts from zooplus and have always been impressed with the quality but this one was very poor. I just would not recommend I'm afraid - described as 'robust' and 'solid' but anything but!

Good Tree, Lasted 8 Months.

One of the upper platforms has just snapped off, but it's probably due to weight of my largest boy always using it. Lasted quite well for my 5 cats & 4 kittens. Need to buy another now as they all love it. Spray it occasionally with catnip spray and it certainly saves the furniture. All the mouse toys however were pulled off in less than an hour by a playful kitten when it was first built, so these are not robustly fitted, please be aware of this. Overall though a good product for price.

Amazing cat tree

This is a amazing cat tree for big cats. Been looking for a sturdy cat tree for a while as other one's come loose after a while but this one is solid and looks amazing. A must for people with big cats. Only downside was it came in 2 separate boxes and got 1 one day and had 2 wait for the other one the next day but part from that its fantastic.

Cats love it

My two cats love this It was easy to put up well it would have been done quicker if my two cats did not want to try out all the scratch posts 1st And tried sitting in l houses when I was trying to screw them in My only complaint is the ladder that sits on top of bottom house to next level does not not feel tight enough and wobbles but apart from that it's great

Brilliant

I had originally bought the gingerbread cat tree but it didn't last over 6 months. This one however is brilliant. Very sturdy, has stood the test of time and all 5 cats love it. About to buy another one and the original one will be used by my foster cats.

A great buy

This is an excellent cat tree. Although it is very tall it is extremely stable- so my cat is safe to run up and down as much as she wants. It looks lovely and has many place for a cat to jump to-but make sure you have the space it requires-look at the measurements and take in consideration your available space

I cannot fault the service at Zooplus, consistently quick delivery and always the best quality. I've been looking in to purchasing a cat tree for some time. Although there are many good options available, I needed one that had 2 dens, which for some reason has been difficult to find! Then I came across the Rapunzel tree. Not only does it have 2 dens, it also has 3 platforms on top, which my 2 kittens absolutely love sleeping on. The dens are a great size, even the smaller one would be spacious enough for an adult cat. I think the ladders give it an extra touch. I've also noticed that since having the cat tree, the babies hardly scratch my furniture now which is great. The scratch post pillars are of good quality and the the 2 dangling mice provide daily entertainment for them. I ordered the beige coloured one and it looks perfect in my 2nd reception room. The height is just right for my room and it's not too wide, so it doesn't take up a huge space in our room. Most importantly, since having this tree, Yippee and Ki-yay (8 month old Silver Bengal and 8 month old Maine coon) appear so much more relaxed. Especially the bengal, he is so much more affectionate and seems happier in general. Plus they spend less time causing chaos elsewhere in the house so that's always a plus! Would definitely recommend the Rapunzel tree!

Its the best thing we have ever bought our two indoor cats I ordered at the weekend and received it today.. Excellent service..Very sturdy it did take me an hour to build but once you have the bottom bit done its fine..stuck it in the window and both cats love it... They like the height and its very cosy material (beige) love it !!

Excellent Cat Tree

My three cat's "Rapunzel Cat Tree" arrived yesterday and they love it. I was a bit shocked initially with its size and how heavy it was but I have no complaints now. It is excellent value for money (don't tell Zooplus but it is worth the full price) almost half price. And, the delivery was good, I ordered it last Wednesday morning it arrived Friday lunchtime, less than two and a half days - YODEL was easy to track. It is relatively easy to assemble following the instructions.

Our boy loves his tree

Bought this as it was on offer and looked comfier than Pi's previous tree. A complete doddle to put together, and nice and stable. Typically though, he didn't like it in the corner of the room, my wife dragged it in front of the window and he was up it like a bullet! Like I said, very stable, at 1 year old, Pi (Bengal) can shoot up the back of it and it hardly moves.....very pleased with this tree

Superb

Easy to build, even with help from our two Maine Coons! Very sturdy and the boys can run up and down it safely without risk of it falling. It looks very impressive and they love it, a great place to lie in wait and grab us for cuddles as we pass. They really seem to enjoy being eye level or taller than us too. A wonderful addition to our home and the best Christmas present they have ever had!

Maine Coon Heaven

Our 7 Maine Coons are firmly convinced this is the best thing since food! Initially they found the boxes the product came in more interesting until I removed the dens and then there was a mad rush to try them out instead. Assembly was straight forward and it is very robust. We have it fixed to the wall for additional stability but with lighter breeds this probably would not be necessary. Our only mishap was when Jack our heaviest Maine Coon (approx 11 kg) leaped from the stairs onto one of the platforms, about a 2m leap. The bottom plate of the upright ripped out. Within 5 days of asking Zooplus if I could buy a new upright, a replacement arrived from Germany free of charge. That's what I call customer service. Many thanks Zooplus!

it works..

Ordered on Sunday evening, arrived wens afternoon,instuctions not all that good,but just keep looking at the finished picture on the box. Took just under a hour to put up,and you have a structure with three perches,two dens,and 10 scraching poles. Very stable,and looks great,my Maine-Coon is 7 kls,70 cms long,and it is fine for him. One of my better purchases.

Excellent Value

I recently bought this cat scratcher for my Norwegian Forest Cats. They loved it as soon as I got all the pieces out of the box and started putting it together. The putting together didn't take long although I did have a couple of furry helpers ;-) I do have an Armakat cat scratcher also which I have had for a few years. The Zooplus Rapunzel cat scratcher is of similar style and quality although perhaps not as robust but good all the same. When you have large breed cats it is paramount that you need a good quality cat scratcher that is going to last more than 5 minutes

Excellent Cat Tree

I ordered this and it was delivered within a couple of days which is fantastic service. It's very easy to build even though I did have help from 2 cats and 2 dogs. As soon as it was built my 2 Maine Coons were playing on it. Rowan is a big cat and even though he decided to jump from the floor to the top it didn't budge an inch. It is as advertised very solid and robust. Both Willow and Rowan love it. Excellent value and excellent service.

Fabulous

This is brilliant. Postage from Germany was very quick, ordered on Thursday and received the following Wednesday. The box weighed 31Kg. The cats were scratching the posts and sitting in the dens before I'd finished unpacking it. Construction was easy, all of the sections fit together easily and it is very strong. It looks fantastic and all levels are popular with our two cats. I'm very happy and would recommend it. Another fabulous product from Zooplus. Thank you

Absolutely brilliant, my two kittens have got lovely time playing there. Since we have bought it, my boys- kittens, sleep there. Very stable, strongle recommended.

when we bought this cat tree both our 3 year old cats could not wait to play on it the cat tree is constantly used and they even sleep on the cat tree . my husband and i found this to well worth the money i would most definately recomend zooplus to all my friends and family very good value for money no one will ever see anything like this in any pet shop in edinburgh we could not believe it when finally found the right cat tree for ours boys. amazing produts for all kinds of animals.

Purrfect

Being a new owner of 2 beautiful persian kittens, I wanted an activity centre that would keep them both amused. The added sleeping areas make this tree very inviting, and having ordered from Zooplus before I had no worries about placing another order with this company. This tree is very easy to put together and very good quality. I can highly recommend Rapunzel, and Dempsey and Mr Darcy think its purrfect too.

Cat Tree Rapunzel

I have had this cat tree for a month now, my two kittens of 8 months old love it. I found it easy to assemble, the instructions are good. The quality of the fabric and scratch posts is very good. The cats play on it all the time. The mouse at the top only lasted for two weeks due to the amount of play it was getting, but it is easy enough to attach another toy. The cats love sleeping in the top beds. I have noticed a big improvement with scratching, they now leave my furniture alone and scratch the cat tree. The lengths of post are perfect, the kittens can stretch fully. My kittens are very large and very active, the cat tree is very sturdy and completely safe. It is the best thing I have ever bought and well worth the money and it came in four days.

The Rapunzel Cat Tree, fantastic value for money.

I ordered the `Cat Tree Rapunzel' about 1 month ago, I was a little nervous afterwards wondering what I had actually gone and ordered, but I need not have worried. It was so easy to put together, specially if you start at the top and work your way down to the base!!! It is very solid, and there is no rocking when my 3 adult cats climb all over it, and they are not small adults. (We have added some castors on to the base, but that is to help move it when hoovering, I have`nt used the brakes on the castors and still it does`nt move about when the cats are on it.) It`s been very well made, and all in all I am very pleased with it, and my 3 cats are too. I have added some of their favourite toys, and every day I hide some of their cat treats on it. I am certain this will take some time before it looks like its had some serious wear. All I can say is that I should have brought this years ago. Brilliant value for money.

Kitty Heaven!

I could not get this built up fast enough for my 3 cats! They tried out every bit of the cat tree before, during and after building!! A total hit. They love it!! Very happy customer!!

Excellent activity centre!!

This comes in a heavy box with an instruction sheet which is easy to follow, no tools are needed and it takes about 45 minutes to build. The material is plushy and silky soft, but not overly thick. I found it very good fun to build and i think the quality is good. The two hanging mice are intact so far, they are lovely quality mice with decent size and weight. This is a large tree, but it doesn't take up the vast amount of space i thought it would, it fits nicely into the corner of the living room. My 4 cats all love the tree already! It's sturdy, won't pull over, and will last a long while. I'd recommend this to any cat owner :)

Jinky and Chrissy's palace!

This was the best purchase we could have made for our 2 adorable cats. It is very robust and will last for a very long time. They play on it every day and sleep on it too. We put it at the window and they love to sit and watch outside. Would recommend this tree to anyone as it would suit any size or amount of cats. Thanks zooplus for giving our babies their palace.

Rapunzel Tree is a Great Success!

Our two four month old kittens (George and Roxanna) adore this cat tree! They were playing on it as soon as we started building it. They love playing on it, especially to chase each other and to sleep on the top tiers. The covering is very soft for the cats to cuddle into, and the scratching posts are very good quality. This is a very robust product that will not fall over, and will accommodate cats of any size. A great product that will last for a long time.

Feline Fun

I put the cat tree up with my 7 year old grandson and we did it in just under an hour. Instructions were so easy that Bradley refered to them as "its just like Lego". Really good quality and my 8 cats (yeah I know we had kittens and could not part) absolutely adore the tree and I highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Zooplus for hours of fun and cosy sleeps :-)

They were playing on it before we'd finished putting it up!

I received the Rapunzel cat tree yesterday and I am very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of it! Despite having a tiny one bed house it's narrow but tall so perfect for us! Our 2 full grown Birmans and Persian kitten couldn't wait to play on it which made it a bit trickier to put up, but we managed to put it up in 40 minutes. I would recommend this cat tree to anyone who has very lively house cats! Although I don't think the 2 mice dangling from it will last very long in our house!

Clyde and Cougar's new toy

This is the best ever Cat Tree - took me about an hour to put it together with both the Clyde (Persian Cat) and Cougar (Maine Coon kitten) playing on it at the same time but it was not difficult!!!! It is quite heavy but very sturdy for my furry friends as Cougar is already 11lbs in weight!!!

Great buy cats love it

I bought this for my cats a few weeks ago, they love it,I have ten cats six are elderly but they love to explore it as well as the four young Sphynx, the quality is super so sturdy, it was a great buy worth every penny.

Endless fun for my cats

I bought the Cat Tree Rapunzel for my male and female house cats. Since assembling it my cats love nothing more than playing and sleeping on it. It was definitely money well spent and will give them hours of pleasure. Very entertaining watching them play on it :)
