This is one stunning piece of cat furniture. It was simple to assemble, on my own. I did it in less than 10mins. The only bit I had trouble with was the top piece, but a little bit of wiggling and it was fine. No one has ventured up to the top platform yet, but I'm sure they will.

Great product, it is too tall for modern house ceilings, so had t modify it, a shame really would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I'm happy with the size and the quality of this tree as my two cats have no problem using it. I would say the wall bracket is a must otherwise when they jump up and down the whole thing shakes. However I don't know why the screw is not included in the pack!! The hole for the screw is quite large so you need to find your own way to fix it on the wall - still haven't found the right crew yet. But otherwise good. Just a little bit disappointed.

We have two of these trees in our house, they are excellent value for money,our cats love them and they are very comfortable beds and i love that you can take the beds off and wash them, the sisal became loose after a year but is easy to wrap again.BUT I have to stress please take the hooks off that hold the hammock up, i have removed them after finding my cat hanging from one by her mouth, we were very lucky we found her in time, so pls remove, the cats dont bother with the hammock anyway, i think its more for show. I had to share this with others.

I decided to upgrade to this tree because of space reasons, and I am not a fan of the tacky full velour-looking trees. Assembly was pretty easy, although some of the B screws were quite difficult to tighten as there is no tool for it, just elbow grease and scraped up fingers. The instructions don't really explain the top screw that tightens the tree to the ceiling but after some thought we figured it out. The bamboo cave is fantastic as it looks like my 6 month old Norwegian Forest Cat will still be able to fit in there comfortably when full-grown. He is loving all the height too and has already scrambled to the top to survey his territory. It is not as steady as I'd have hoped without the wall bracket in place, and the base is not wide nor heavy at all. I will be borrowing a power drill to affix the tree to the wall asap as I can imagine that when my kitten gets heavier, it may not be that stable. The hammock seems small and doesn't give much room to get up and in to so may be more suited to smaller cats.

Very quick delivery. Extremely easy to assemble. I have 14 rescue cats so I need something that will take a good battering. This meets that requirement. The fact that the beds are removable and washable makes life a lot easier as I have 2 other, larger cat trees that have to be hoovered every other day to help keep them clean. I'm very happy with this item.

I have two Bengal cats who love to climb. Both cats love this to chill out on. Its a great sturdy well made product and I wohld recommend this cat tree to anybody.

The tree arrived in a timely manner with simple instructions and ... no screws. To be fair to Zooplus they resolved the matter to my satisfaction within a few hours of me emailing them. So fair play to them for that. For the money, this is a really nice, tall, thin tree which I've positioned behind my reclining chair in the lounge, between lounge and dinning room. I've sited the round 'den' just behind and above my head. My cat loves climbing up the chair (and me) to get to his vantage point! I dispensed with the hammock because I knew my cat would ignore it and I didn't use one of the rope-covered pole sections as it made it too tall for where I wanted it to go. But the options with this tree are great. I'm only using the padded screw adjustment bracket at the top (with added large washers and bolt to distribute the load and stop the large screw bending) and it's a solid as a rock. Were the top buttressing against a plasterboard ceiling I would *definitely* recommend using the supplied wall bracket, but since the tree is positioned between wooden floor and solid lintel I'm satisfied that it's not moving anywhere (and I do check on a regular basis). A fellow reviewer commented on the limitations of the supplied velcro holding the beds in place: I agree there probably isn't enough. So forewarned -- thank you -- I added more white velcro strips and staple-gunned all of them to the wooden platforms, including the one in the den. Another reviewer commented on the lack of velcro supplied with the beds themselves: there isn't any. It foxed me for a moment, but you need to turn the beds inside out -- i.e the upper surface of the beds, as supplied to me, will stick against the velcro on the platforms perfectly once they are on the bottom of bed. :-) I'd have no hesitation in recommending this cat tree at all.

unfortunately my two siamese do not care for this tree. The hammock is not the same as their old one and they are having problems negotiating from shelf to shelf. Also it came with the wrong instructions, some fixings missing and no Velcro on the beds only the shelves. I am going to sell this and purchase one which I think they will prefer. I think if they had had this type when they were kittens they might have managed better. Product is sturdy and I like the bracket that came with it. Would suit smaller framed cats I think.

We bought this for our small flat in order to give our kitties more room to play - this tree is amazing!! They absolutely love it! Whenever we get home from work we'll find them on the very top layer cuddled up :) it's very easy to put together - you can drill it to the wall for extra stability but we've found there is no need.as noted in other reviews, the bed cushions do slip and so you need to find another way of securing them - other than that, it's perfect!

Good quality cat tree but there is no way my cats can jump from the hammock type thing to the top. Also the loose cover that hangs from four fittings has two cords on each corner so if my inquisitive cat put her head through the cords and fell off she would hang herself. Ordered some more velcro to keep the pads in place. Shame because it's a good product but has a few faults.

I bought this for my bengal kittens and they quickly took to it. It was extreme easy to put together but you will need to stand on something to reach the top as expected. We didn't use the side support and it is perfectly stable without it- we found the ceiling anchor to be sufficient. If I push on it it will wobble very slightly but it would never move due to the cats, no matter how heavy they are. Looks gorgeous in my house! Lovely colours with the natural oak wood and white covers. I bought this as it matches my natural oak floor boards. Easy to clean, blends in with its simple lines and doesn't make your house look like a 'cat house'. Will be investing in something to attach the shelf covering to each shelf as the Velcro does not work (there is no velcro on the material for the Velcro on the wood to attach to!). Overall, very happy with the purchase & because the Velcro problem is an easy fix I'm giving it 5 stars :)

My Maine Coon Lucius is a rather large cat and had quickly outgrown the scratch post I had purchased when he was a kitten. Because he is an indoor cat I wanted something that he could let off steam with. So, the structure had to be strong. I found the wood scratch post to be excellent for him. It was easy to put together and, with the help of my Brother-in-Law drilling the tree to the wall it was up and in use within two hours.

My darling 7 month old Maine Coon Lucius absolutely loves his 'tree'. As an indoor cat I feel its only fair that he is allowed to climb. So, now instead of climbing up the top of the door frame he can go higher and climb up the tree instead. The instructions were basic but manageable.

Quick and easy to assemble but make sure you use two people and step ladders, this is very tall and needs a helping hand. The wall attachment is not optional, use it or this will lean and topple very quickly. Its slender design means that it needs the additional support. The cats love it and it is very comfy but a little word of warning. The Velcro bed grips are simply insufficient to hold on to the beds while cats jump in and out. DIY your own fixings or your cat, like ours, will at some point take a nasty fall from the top (poor moggy is still limping). Don't let that put you off... Just improvise and you'll have something your cats will love. PS delivery was amazingly quick

We played around with the layout to fit a slightly lower space than designed for and bought some more hook and loop tape to stick the beds more firmly to the platforms (to stop them skidding to the floor when jumped upon!) and we do not not use the small hook on hammock as it is far too small to be of use for my large moggies! Love the look of the tree and the secure firmness the bracket brings (our first tree used to topple and eventually broke ... did I mention they are large?!) For scratching and lazing - a brilliant buy.

Only had for one day but my two bengals love it. Looks amazing and seems well made. My cats are very large and weigh just over 8kg each and this tree is perfect as it has a strong bracket that holds the tree firmly to the wall. Even when they are playing roughly on the tree, it does not move. We adapted it by leaving off the top pole as I wanted it to fit in a recess and its perfect. Would recommend :)

Nice cat tree and space-efficient, but unfortunately the cats refuse to use it. I put the cat house at the bottom to make it more stable, since the house is wider than the base plate. Otherwise, I would have found it wobbly, even though it was properly assembled.

Cat tree of decent quality, but the ceiling support is a disaster—you have to fiddle with a metal rod and two nuts to get it to the right length. And there's nothing stopping the rod from piercing the ceiling.

Apart from the fact that the cat tree is amazing, I have to give a big compliment to ZooPlus. The delivery arrived at the door (DPD, who else) and the driver casually told me that our address was blocked—he didn’t understand it either, but the package had to go back to the sender! I called ZooPlus, and they were so professional; they resent the package with DHL, on a different invoice, and let me know that if I’d already paid, this was just for my information. This time it did arrive! The cats and we are happy.

It's worth stapling the stickers onto the surfaces so the cushions stay in place. Also, consider whether you want to put the cabin at the very bottom... I solved it by placing a kitchen stool next to the tree, so it's easier to climb up. Attaching it to the wall is a must!

Also fits in a small space and is more beautiful than traditional cat scratching towers. Wall mounting is essential, otherwise it's really wobbly. At our place, they like to be on the top level and in the little house the most. They haven't enjoyed the hammock.

I bought this ceiling-mounted cat scratching post, hoping it would have a solid and sturdy structure. Although everything is of good quality, the real flaw is definitely the mounting system, which is quite unstable and therefore inadequate for securing it to the ceiling. Besides the fabric that makes the whole structure slip, the 'tip' that rests against the ceiling is too small in diameter (basically the same diameter as the whole supporting structure) to provide proper support.

I bought this scratching post about 2–3 years ago. Today it suddenly broke when my tomcat tried to jump down. Under the sisal rope, there’s only cardboard (!!!) – it’s thick, but still just cardboard. The post snapped right in the middle. The screws are still firmly in the wall, so it definitely wasn’t a problem with the installation. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this scratching post. I just hope my cat was only startled and didn’t get hurt.

We've had this cat tree for 5 years now with two cats. We only had to replace two posts just a month ago. Unfortunately, after a few years, the posts had different screw diameters inside, so swapping them out wasn't easy. Still, I think it's a very nice and stylish cat tree. It doesn't take up much space. The cats use it all the time—for playing, scratching, and even sleeping on it. Plus, since you can buy extra shelves from this range, we added a top level instead of attaching it to the ceiling. We'll definitely buy it again for our next flat.

I can't understand some of the negative reviews. The cat tree is really easy to put together, you just need a second person to hold things in place. The sisal posts can be screwed in super tight, and nothing comes loose even when you tighten things on the levels above. The tensioner can be tightened nicely with a spanner. The smell is like processed wood and actually quite pleasant. We're really happy with it!

We were looking for a scratcher that was both stylish and practical, and this one is so much more elegant and attractive than other scratchers because it’s made of wood. The price is honestly brilliant considering the quality is top notch. Plus, if anything breaks over time, you can get replacement parts, and it’s huge! I definitely recommend it.

It’s been in our home for 6 years now. This scratching post has survived 3 cats and a house move and still looks fantastic! High-quality sisal rope and washable baskets. We have another scratching post that cost three times as much and is newer, but it already looks much worse and isn’t washable. This scratching post is truly a must-have!

Fast shipping and super easy to assemble. In my opinion, it really looks great. Of course, the cats are always a bit sceptical at first, but they’re getting braver and braver each day 😻 I’d order it again any time!

I’m updating my last review because I had an issue with a part, but zooplus exchanged the cat tree for me—a courier came to collect the old one, and this time I was able to set it up properly. It’s really beautiful and my cat loves it! I think the pressure mounting to the ceiling isn’t the best, but by adding the wall bracket, it’s really great and looks fantastic!

It looks nice. Pre-drilled holes with no threads. All the screws just spin. If you tighten a post at the top, the one at the bottom gets loose. The fabric and the posts absolutely reek of chemicals. Airing it out for two days did nothing. I’ve got a headache. My two tomcats seem really out of it. The fabric is attached to the ceiling tensioner. Setting it up is a real pain. Honestly, I really misjudged it—for big cats like Coonie mixes, it’s not great. My two lads are avoiding the tree.

All three of my cats absolutely love it! Assembly was easy and putting it up on the wall was straightforward, as long as you have a bit of experience with tools. At first, I hadn’t screwed it in on the sides, but as my cats were climbing up and down and jumping around, the whole thing started shifting, so I’d recommend screwing it in for safety and stability. The materials are really high quality and even after constant use, nothing has worn out—not even the hammock, even though it’s being used by three heavy cats!
