Natural Paradise Ceiling Cat Tree - Magnolia

My cat fell off of the third level and injured himself as the barrel is the same width as the others. I have tried to orientate then to give as much space for him to come down as possible, but it is too steep and narrow. will have to buy a cat shelf and in the mean time have surrounded the area with furniture that he can jump down to.

It's a lovley cat tree and very well made but unfortunately my 12 week old kitten fell off and broke his leg.

Delivery was slow, but the product is awesome, goes together really easy. Only tools needed to attach to wall. This is taller than most UK homes so we did some adjustment to the "sock" at top and it was literally millimetre perfect. Cats are loving it, especially being up so high, and you can choose what levels go where.

All 3 of my cats absolutely LOVE this, which in unheard of. The shy tortie loves the top, the tabby snuggles in the bottom two levels, and the mad bengal just loves scaling it at speed like a tiny bear, then launching herself from it. Endless use. Really easy to install. So worth the investment.

We moved recently & the wide cat tree we have will only fit in the bedroom. The cats LOVE being up high & this fits the narrow space next to the window perfectly! I love the light wood & cream fleece which are smoothly engineered & could be painted or varnished if desired (with child-friendly paint). I switched the hammock to the bottom & tightened the top against the ceiling (which I had measured before buying). WONDERFUL product!

Purchased this to replace my 2 other cat towers as one aged out and one got broken when moving house. The cats have investigated but not yet used - only assembled this evening! Easy instructions and very good, sturdy product. Would’ve been helpful if the dowel and screw needed to fix the product to the wall was included - I’m going to need to go out and buy these bow to make sure it’s as safe as possible. If those were included I would’ve given it 5 stars

My cat absolutely loved it at the first day. My four maine coons are over the moon! Very good quality, sturdy, slightly bigger than I expected, but that's even better. Easy to clean removable cushions. Very happy with my choice.

I get the scratchy tree already two years nothing happened since that. My cat still love apart from my bed A good few different but I think that my favourite. Easy to wash and clean

My 12 weeks old kittens love it. They love climbing up to the top shelf chill out and lying down to watch a TV. Good quality scratching post. Easy assemble cat tree.

This is really sturdy, my 2 cats love to play on this everyday! They jump on this together and play fight at the top and this product is about 4/5 months old now and still in perfect condition. 100% recommend buying this!

My cat loves her tree but sadly the hammock has worn out after three years and zooplus don't sell replacements so only buy this if you can sew so you can make your own replacement.

Purchased the cat tree for my 2 British shorthairs for xmas. Easy to put together and looks amazing when up..only down side is my 2 British shorthairs love it that much i no longer see them and have to grab a chair just to go say hello..love seeing my boys happy though so I've got to take comfort in the fact that there both happy

He tried all the levels and goes on different ones seemingly depending on the time of the day and the view out the window. He looks so comfortable and happy, so thumbs up from Lucky. I only the other hand had one slight complaint... I don't feel like one screw is sufficient for the wall bracket and I will be adding 2 more to make it less wobbly for future. Unfortunately my ceiling is 2 inches short so I couldn't add the final bit on the top so that may contribute to the wobbling.

I have two chunky BSH cats, both love this tree, it takes up much less floor space than other trees and the cats love to climb up right to the top. Often one will hang of the hammock and try to launch a playful attack on the other on the way up, so it’s good for play as well as sleep! The little den was also a great safe place for our kitten to hide away when we first brought him home and he still fits in it now.

This is a great cat tree. The construction is solid and I like that you can assemble it in different ways. BUT......it is too tall to have to the ceiling brace in my UK home so I have had to leave the top bit off. It is attached to the wall with the wall bracket but the whole thing shakes when my cat plays on it. It is at the point where I am worried it will pull the wall bracket off the wall along with a chunk of plaster.

Apart from the fact that the cat tree is amazing, I have to give a big compliment to ZooPlus. The delivery arrived at the door (DPD, who else) and the driver casually told me that our address was blocked—he didn’t understand it either, but the package had to go back to the sender! I called ZooPlus, and they were so professional; they resent the package with DHL, on a different invoice, and let me know that if I’d already paid, this was just for my information. This time it did arrive! The cats and we are happy.

It's worth stapling the stickers onto the surfaces so the cushions stay in place. Also, consider whether you want to put the cabin at the very bottom... I solved it by placing a kitchen stool next to the tree, so it's easier to climb up. Attaching it to the wall is a must!

Also fits in a small space and is more beautiful than traditional cat scratching towers. Wall mounting is essential, otherwise it's really wobbly. At our place, they like to be on the top level and in the little house the most. They haven't enjoyed the hammock.

Very nice cat tree, my cat took to it straight away, but fixing it to the wall is essential—the ceiling attachment is quite unstable. The tree is good quality, with sturdy posts and a lovely wooden hideaway.

I bought this ceiling-mounted cat scratching post, hoping it would have a solid and sturdy structure. Although everything is of good quality, the real flaw is definitely the mounting system, which is quite unstable and therefore inadequate for securing it to the ceiling. Besides the fabric that makes the whole structure slip, the 'tip' that rests against the ceiling is too small in diameter (basically the same diameter as the whole supporting structure) to provide proper support.

I bought this scratching post about 2–3 years ago. Today it suddenly broke when my tomcat tried to jump down. Under the sisal rope, there’s only cardboard (!!!) – it’s thick, but still just cardboard. The post snapped right in the middle. The screws are still firmly in the wall, so it definitely wasn’t a problem with the installation. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this scratching post. I just hope my cat was only startled and didn’t get hurt.

We've had this cat tree for 5 years now with two cats. We only replaced two posts a month ago. Unfortunately, after a few years, the posts had different internal screw diameters, so replacing them wasn't easy. Still, I think it's a very nice and stylish cat tree. It doesn't take up much space. The cats use it all the time—for playing, scratching, and sleeping on it—and thanks to the option of buying extra shelves from this series, we added a top level instead of attaching it to the ceiling. We'll definitely buy it again for our next flat.

I can't understand some of the negative reviews. The cat tree is really easy to put together, you just need a second person to hold things in place. The sisal posts can be screwed in super tight, and nothing comes loose even when you tighten things on the levels above. The tensioner can be tightened nicely with a spanner. The smell is like processed wood and actually quite pleasant. We're really happy with it!

We were looking for a scratcher that was both stylish and practical, and this one is so much more elegant and attractive than other scratchers because it’s made of wood. The price is honestly great considering the quality is top-notch. Plus, if anything breaks over time, you can get replacement parts, and it’s huge! I definitely recommend it.

It’s been in our home for 6 years now. This scratching post has survived 3 cats and a house move and still looks fantastic! High-quality sisal rope and washable baskets. We have another scratching post that cost three times as much and is newer, but it already looks much worse and isn’t washable. This scratching post is truly a must-have!

The scratching post looks nice and matches the photos. The problem starts when you try to mount it to the ceiling – the manufacturer hasn’t really thought this through. I bought an adjustable cabinet leg on Allegro for 15 PLN, so now I’ll be able to install it with tension. If you don’t mind a bit of DIY, I recommend it.

Fast shipping and super easy to assemble. In my opinion, it really looks great. Of course, the cats are always a bit sceptical at first, but they’re getting braver and braver each day 😻 I’d order it again any time!

I’m updating my last review because I had an issue with a part, but zooplus exchanged the cat tree for me—a courier came to collect the old one, and this time I was able to set it up properly. It’s really beautiful and my cat loves it! I think the pressure mounting to the ceiling isn’t the best, but by adding the wall bracket, it’s really great and looks fantastic!

It looks nice. Pre-drilled holes without threads. All the screws just spin. If you tighten a post at the top, the one at the bottom becomes loose. The fabric and the posts smell terribly of chemicals. Two days of airing out did nothing. I have a headache. My two tomcats seem really dazed. The fabric is attached to the ceiling tensioner. Setting it up is very tedious. Honestly, I really misjudged it—for big cats like Coonie mixes, it’s not that great. My two boys avoid the tree.

All three of my cats absolutely love it! Assembly was easy and putting it up on the wall was straightforward, as long as you have a bit of experience with tools. At first, I hadn’t screwed it in on the sides, but as my cats were climbing up and down and jumping around, the whole thing started shifting, so I’d recommend screwing it in for safety and stability. The materials are really high quality and even after constant use, nothing has worn out—not even the hammock, even though it’s being used by three heavy cats!
