The scratching board is a hit among cats, offering a mix of play, rest, and scratching. While some felines adore fishing out the jingly balls, others prefer lounging or scratching. The cardboard can wear out quickly, especially with enthusiastic use, but its affordability makes it easy to replace. Some owners find it less sturdy for heavier cats, but overall, it's a fun, engaging product that many cats enjoy, providing hours of entertainment and relaxation.

The 24-hour racer
My baby kitten, just under 4 months old, is thrilled and plays with it non-stop. Especially since his little paws are still so tiny that both front paws fit into the holes at the top, and he can fish out the balls. However, my 4-year-old princess has something to say about that and sits on top of it.
Conclusion: fantastic fun for two cats all day long.

Great board for playing, sharpening claws, and sleeping!
My British Shorthair kitten loves this board! He uses it not only for playing and sharpening his claws but also for sleeping. I've bought it several times already, as it naturally wears out over time and doesn't look as nice anymore.

Top
We’ve only ever had regular scratching boards before, which were already very popular with our cats. But this one is the absolute highlight, if you can put it that way. Both of them are enthusiastically trying to catch the ball. Our tomcat even manages, with a lot of patience, to get the balls out of the holes at the top. I don’t mind, as he then runs around the flat with them and has fun that way too.
The only downside, in my opinion, is that it would be very practical if you could buy replacement scratching boards when the old one is no longer usable. As it is, you’re forced to throw everything away straight away.
Nevertheless, it’s a must-have in my cats’ eyes :-D

Gave ten minutes of fun
Took my little monsters five minutes to turn it upside down and push it around to distribute the catnip everywhere.
Another five minutes to remove the top and extract the toys from inside.
I doubt it's going to last the night, but they're throughtly enjoying it.
Super scratching opportunity
I bought this scratching furniture because my previous one from the pet shop was pretty tattered. This one probably won’t last forever either, but it’s been in constant use by two young cats for over 6 weeks now and still looks quite good. Both of them love fishing the jingly balls out of the holes, scratching it, and sleeping on it a lot. I didn’t use the catnip.

Best thing I've bought for a while
I bought this two months ago, and my two cats are still loving it. They play with it on their own, and we play with it together - try poking a feather waggler through the holes. They like to scratch it and they like to loaf on top. Most toys grow boring quickly, but not this one!

Even suitable for sleeping
My cats love the combination of play and scratching. This scratching furniture is even suitable for sleeping. Thumbs up! Would definitely buy it again.

Some toys pack a punch.
All toys made of cardboard are a hit with my cats, and this one especially so. It was played with and cuddled straight away. I’ll definitely buy it again when it wears out. Eco-friendly, affordable, practical. Top-notch!

Super scratch cardboard
My three Brits love it. Whether it's for playing, sleeping on, scratching, or fishing out the balls – a clear recommendation to buy!!!

Great toy
I placed the scratching furniture/toy in front of my little ones, and they started playing with it straight away.
Unfortunately, I have to criticise the holes.
Either they’re too big or the balls are too small – my cats fish the balls out, and then they disappear, which is a shame.
But otherwise, it’s just great!

Super toy
The item is a big hit with my two cats. I’ve never actually seen them scratch it, but they sit on it, lie on it, and most of all, they love playing with it and pushing it around half the flat, since I always put treats inside it. Great entertainment for indoor cats, and even after two months, it still looks as good as new (I was a bit worried because it’s made of cardboard).

Goes down a treat.
Our tomcats are thrilled, especially when we put a few treats inside. It’s also happily used as a scratching mat. Brilliant...

Cat loves it
My pretty girl loves this. Jumped on it as soon as we brought her home from the rescue. Scratches it a little but mostly just sits on it. Seems to be her safe space as she runs to it if she a little nervous. She doesn't put her paws through and play with the balls as she's 3 legged but it's a fav thing!

Nice way to pass the time
As some previous reviewers have already pointed out, either the holes are too big, or the jingly balls are too small – my cats managed to fish them out in less than 5 minutes and promptly sent them rolling under the sofa. That said, the scratching furniture did manage to encourage my little rascals to paw, scratch, and play, giving my own furniture a bit of a breather. The top is also far too easy to remove, so a stronger swipe of the paw is enough to lift the lid and retrieve the other toys I had hidden inside.

Perfect pastime
My little Shiva (3 months old) absolutely loves this toy! She figured out all by herself that there are two mesh balls with bells inside, and she happily fishes for the balls with her paws through all the openings.
Sometimes she even manages to get the balls out and chases them around the living room. Or she pushes them back in herself. :)
I think cardboard scratching options are great anyway. There's also a bit of catnip included, and I would definitely buy it again.

Perfect pastime
This thing is amazing. My two tomcats love it. They paw at it from all sides, and they can keep themselves entertained for hours, either together or on their own, having loads of fun in the process.

Always happy to return.
I can never get enough of these, they’re very well received. We’re already on our fifth one here. My two can never get enough of them; they take the balls out, dash around enthusiastically, and sleep on them.
