Of course, our 6-month-old tomcat immediately pounced on this scratching cardboard and is busy with it every day... even without the included catnip. We were surprised that our 18-month-old British Shorthair, a lethargic fluffball, also enjoys it, whether for scratching or playing. I put extra toy mice in the cardboard, and our two cats are soooo proud when they've managed to pull all the toys back out. Very sturdy workmanship.

My cat gets bored with toys very quickly. He is still playing with this months after we bought it, and loves to dig out the small ping pong balls. It also went to the cattery with him when we were on holiday and came back ok!

This scratching board is the only one my cats use. I've tried several others, to no avail. This one is number 1 :-)

Used multiple times daily and is genuinely robust for that. An insanely great piece of kit. Seems like it never gets boring.

bought this for the cats to have a fun time with,it lasted seconds not minutes,they made the holes at the top much bigger and nicked the toys and that was it game over,it needs to me a lot stronger,the cats are only 9 months old,good job the older Maine coons didn't have a go

Unfortunately, my girls don't like scratch boards, but with a few treats it turns into a fun puzzle game that keeps them entertained for a long time.

One of our cats loves this, especially if we poke a feather wand into the holes in the sides and wiggle it. Hours of fun! It's also occasionally used as a scratching pad but is preferred as a toy.

Our feisty tomcats absolutely destroyed the board after some initial scepticism. They played with it a lot and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it quickly broke in the middle under the weight of a 5 kg cat, and one of the side rows also snapped off. We then placed a piece of cardboard underneath in the middle as support, and now it’s holding up again and being eagerly used. Perhaps the manufacturer should consider adding a piece of cardboard in the middle for stabilisation from the start.

This is a favourite for my cat Buddy. He loves getting the balls out of the holes, it’s quite a challenge! The cardboard scratch pads are always a firm favourite with my cats and to have the bonus of a game included makes this great value!

My two cats had about 10 minutes of fun with the product. After that, they had already fished out the jingle balls without any force and scattered them around the flat, which quickly caused them to lose interest in the product.

The included balls can actually be "fished" out of the holes quite easily. We added a glowing ball, which is compatible with the Catit Senses play tracks, to the box. That one can't be fished out, but the glowing light encourages continued play once the jingly balls are already out. As soon as the corrugated cardboard (which is played with a lot by two cats) is worn out, the ladies will, of course, get a new one straight away!

They enjoy playing with it, but never for very long as they quickly manage to free the balls from the box, and after a bit of "kicking", they soon end up under the sofa. One star deducted because it's so easy to get the balls out – otherwise, brilliant!

Our Max absolutely loves this toy, but unfortunately, he doesn’t use his scratching post anymore and only goes for this scratch pad. This has become indispensable in our household for Max. Ever since we started ordering this scratching furniture, he’s stayed away from the wallpaper.

My little cat absolutely loves this toy! She can watch where the balls are from above and also paw at them. The only downside: the balls fit through the top holes, which means every now and then we have to search for the balls around the room. But other than that, it's really well made!

My two little rascals absolutely love this scratching furniture. I'm already ordering the third one. They've completely scratched through the other two over time. They fish out treats, scratch on it a lot, or just lie down on it to sleep.

My two tigers use this scratching board every day; I've already bought quite a few replacements. They also love fishing for treats on it. We wouldn't want to be without it anymore.

Super product. Thanks to the treat or dry food insert, it's used a lot and very enthusiastically. For lying down, fishing for food, and playing. That's why I buy it new about twice a year. The holes do fray quite a bit over time, but that's totally fine since it's meant to be used ;)
