Unfortunately when my kitten eats this he is vomits violently. There is something in the ingredients that just does not agree with him. I would like to have seen a more comprehensive fish ingredient list instead of just 'fish meal'. I took him to the vets every time but this only happens when he eats this. He is ok with all other James Beloved food (not fish varieties). I have given 2 stars instead of 1 because my kittens obviously like the taste as they always eat it up.

Really good food and much cheaper on here than anywhere else. Only dry food my kitten will eat and looks for it each evening.

Cats go mad for this of any age but it may not suit seniors

My kitten was originally eating the Applaws dry food and since the product recall switched her over to this. My goodness, her poo looks healthier as i feel applaws was making her constipated, her litter box does not smell as bad anymore. She enjoys this better than Applaws so will be sticking to this ^___^

Every cat chooses this biscuit over any other from the 17 year old to 6 month old fussy eater. I also have the Turkey adult i mix in a t half and half ratio. They smell crisp and delicious. The royal canin persian kitten biscuits are left in disgust the old cat are them and it made her quite sick. I recommend these

This is so far my kitten's favourite brand for dry food. He used to be on Feringa and his poo was very smelly and since we swift to James Wellbeloved is all dry and not smelly at all. He loves the fish one, in fact, he liked it so much that lost interest in wet food, but with JW pouches we found a good balance. The turkey one is also very good and I combine them both so he doesn't get bored with the same. Likely reccommend this brand!

I’d heard good things about James well beloved but I was disappointed with it. I don’t believe the extra ingredients are necessary, chicory, yucca, green tea and cranberry. My Ragdoll kitten did not settle on this food and would have partial diarrhoea most days. I know it was the food as he was vet checked 3 times and when I changed over the diarrhoea disappeared within 48 hours. I believe if it didn’t have the added extra ingredients more cats would be able to eat it.

My boy loves this stuff. It's best to use along with wet food.

Every litter of kittens I have they love this. A much better quality of biscuit which means less bowles probs.

I bought this for my kittens and have 3/4 of the bag unused. Soon after first feeding this I found my kittens developed urinary problems. I stopped feeding it and went back to smilla and they were fine. I have tried it 3 more times in case it was a coincidence and each time has produced the same problems. Not a problem with other varieties only this one. Would not recommend.

I have always given my kittens turkey JW and adults got their turkey version when we didn't have kittens. But recent litter was fussy about this so I purchased fish one. They wolfed biscuits down! Mum and kittens can't get enough of this dry food. It definitely is one of top buys for us.

My cat loves this food. This is the second bag I have bought and will be buying more in the future... It's a little expensive compared to the supermarket selection of dry foods, but I can tell that it's much better quality.

My kitten needs so much energy, this is a great cat food that seems to be keeping her really healthy while she's still growing too. She loves it!

Our super sensitive cats love this food and it's pretty much the only brand that agrees with their stomachs and doesn't cause nasty diarrhea. They love it and it agrees with their tummies - works well for us!

Have tried our six kittens (moggies & pedigrees) on all 4 kitten flavours in the 225g bags. Fish is the most popular, followed by Duck. They prefer it to Hills Science Plan Kitten tuna or chicken and Royal Canin 36. The lamb is on a par with the Royal Canin. They don't like the turkey - you know that look of 'Are you trying to poison me ?' They also turn their noses up at Iams kitten, Purina Pro Plan and Hills Nature's Best kitten chicken.
