Purizon Original Beef with Chicken - Grain-Free

My cat I was eating only puziron dry food no other brand for dry food, from the cheapest to the most expensive ones- wouldn’t touch. Now she won’t touch purizon either ! What changed in their recipe? Bring back the older version please

My cats love purizon biscuit but this flavour had huge kibble for a cat, probably at least twice the size of all the other flavours. So, my cats struggled to eat it. Most was thrown away from going stale and I had to double their wet food whilst I ordered different food.

Kibble way to big for my cats likeing will give to neighbour who feeds stray cats..yet the purizon chicken for sterilised cats was small kibble so that sample I bought to try was Great . So I may try larger bag of the sterilised later as cannot buy Arden granges chicken and potato for sterilised cats from you any more as the last bag was not small kibble but large flat flowery shapes which my cats hated.

Ordered this to try out as have changed Arden Grange to large flat kibble instead of small round.this is just as bad..too big for my cat won't order again

All Purizon dry food is great except this one - the kibble is huge, my cats refuse to eat it.

The cats have completely stopped eating this food, which is a huge problem for me because the previous version was the only one they would accept. I don't know why you decided to change the formula, but unfortunately, it was definitely for the worse. Let me know if you bring back the old recipe, because the current one is only good for throwing away. Additionally, showing the old packaging with the previous formula for the current product is misleading to customers and shouldn't happen.

I have already been buying from Purizon. I really don’t know what’s going on with the recipe; it seemed fine to me, especially since I also study animal nutrition. But my cats just stopped eating after the new recipe came in. Now I’m completely confused.

Unfortunately, Beef and Chicken was the only food my cat would accept, and Purizon replaced it with this one. The kibble is half the size, it smells different, and my cat, who wouldn’t eat anything else, now doesn’t want to eat at all... I ordered the usual 6.5 kg bag, but as soon as I put the bowl down, she turned her nose up at it. This was my only lifeline for a fussy eater. I’m devastated... If, like me, you order the big bags, check first if your cat will actually eat this food by trying a smaller pack.

I don't know what got into the heads of the Purizon pet food makers, but after they changed the name, the packaging, and most importantly, the recipe, my cat absolutely stopped eating this food! :(

Consistency and probably the recipe have changed. My cat won't eat it anymore, even though he used to love everything from Purizon. That's it for me and my cat with Purizon.

I’ve been buying this product for years and years, and my cat used to love it, but now the quality of the food has really gone downhill because they changed the recipe! His stool has become much softer and has a terrible smell, which it never had before. My cat isn’t excited about it anymore either. I’m torn between throwing away the whole 6.5kg bag and switching brands.

The new formula is no longer appreciated, she doesn’t eat it anymore. Even the kibbles don’t look the same, they’re much smaller and smell different... It’s a shame, it used to be really good food, even my picky one would eat it, now I’ll have to find something else she likes...

After they changed the recipe – really poor, I have 3 cats and none of them likes it as much as before. Purizon has ruined the formula of their food, because the other varieties I bought aren’t being eaten as eagerly as they used to be either.

What a surprise to see that the quality of the kibble has changed. I have two Norwegian Forest cats, one of whom has been used to Purizon beef for 10 years. When I opened the new 6.5 kg bag, I noticed that the kibble had shrunk in size, almost just kibble dust! Shameful. I’m going to have to change brands because my cats are turning their noses up at this awful new formula...

The croquettes have changed—before they were big and black, now they're small and poop-colored. My cats ate them, but not like before.

Since Purizon changed the formula for all their dry food, my cats won’t eat it anymore. The composition is different, I checked, and the kibbles are much drier and powdery, they can’t swallow them. I had to completely change their main food.
