Almost all Purizon kibbles now have a new recipe. The list of ingredients is now much less substantial (many beneficial ingredients have been removed, peas have been added to inflate the animal protein content, which has actually been lowered). I've been loyal to this brand for 10 years but now I'll have to find another one. Given the price, you expect to get high-quality food. But that's really not the case anymore.

We have been feeding our cats with Purizon products for more than 14 years. They always enjoyed it and tolerated it well. We mainly chose the fish, chicken, and duck varieties. Since the change in the food's composition, things have changed significantly. The fish variety is still eaten, but now all three cats suffer from severe diarrhoea. The other varieties are barely eaten or not touched at all by the cats anymore.

I had tried this brand with another flavour and my cat liked it. But then I made a mistake and ordered the fish one, and sometimes my cat would eat it and sometimes not. But then he started vomiting every time he ate it. My cat was suffering a lot and I felt really sorry for him.
