Didn’t work for my cat
Our vet recommended this food for our cat as Royal Canin GI food stopped working for him after using it for about 2 weeks but this hasn’t helped at all either. In fact it made him toilet more (from once a day to 3-4 times a day?!) and caused vomiting. I got the wet version as well but my cats won’t go near it, which has never happened with wet food before. I’ve had to put them back on their RC food for now but we will be trying Pro Plan Hypoallergenic next.

Impressive, no loose stools or pancreatic flare ups so far!
I have one cat with a sensitive stomach and one cat that has pancreatic flares ups. I have used the Hills ID dry and wet for years which has been excellent. My cat with the pancreatic flare ups had 3 episodes in 2023 so the vet advised changing his food. I saw the Hills Biome dry and wet so I thought lets try it as both cats love Hills. I am happy so far. No runny stools or pancreatic flare ups. It is early days but so far so good.

This stuff is absolutely amazing, but the delivery is rubbish. I get a message saying that they tried to deliver it. I wasn’t in so they took it away. I was desperate for that food as I wasn’t allowed to give my cat anything else and I didn’t have enough to last the weekend. They sent me an email saying that they tried to deliver it on looking on my CCTV cameras and ring doorbell. No one attempted to deliver that parcel of food and when I contacted them They said that there was a delivery delay,

I was recommended this food for my cat that has IBD as his tools were like water and my vet recommended. This food said it was new and proving very good so I gave it a try not thinking it would do anything. Has worked really well for us!
One of our Siberian cats developed loose stools and we couldn't figure out why or how to resolve it. She was also toileting outside her litter box. We were given various antibiotics and fibre clay powders to settle her tummy, but nothing helped. Our vet recommended this food which has made a huge difference. She now has consistent toilet habits and goes inside the litter tray. Would definitely recommend considering this food alongside your vet's advice for tummy issues.

Much improved on the Gastrointestinal Biome
One of my Siamese has IBD which over the last year was getting progressively worse. The vet recommended the Hills Gastrointestinal, a steroid jab and kaolin. This worked for a few months then I saw this product so brought a trial bag and what a difference. As a result the diarrhoea and the odour has declined somewhat to a more manageable condition, long may it continue.

Amazing results!
My 14 year old Ragdoll cat suddenly developed diarrhoea and lost a lot of weight. After numerous tests, all negative, repeated antibiotics and steroid prescriptions, my vet was at a loss. She asked me to try this Biome food. Although it says only feed this food, my cat also ate the Applaws wet food and Hill’s kidney food that my other Ragdoll has. Within 2 days her diarrhoea improved and within 4 days was almost gone! She has been eating it for 3 months now she is back to normal! Amazing!

Perfect Poops!
My cat had also been suffering from poor bowel movements (runny & bit bloody) after using a local grain free brand I found out a neighbouring cat who was on the same food experienced the same issues, his owner switched to the digestive version of Hills Prescription - I thought I would give my cat a super boost with the Biome version - it was an instant success. His poops are perfectly normal. My only regret is leaving it so long before switching brands.

Really awful food for my ibd cat
I decided to give this food a go due to positive reviews and recommendation from my vet for my 4 year old cat with ibd . The food did not agree with him at all and left him with worse Foul smelling diarrhoea then his ever had before and my other cats who are healthy with no problems that ate the food also, ended up with putrid awful smelling stools. Not sure why it didn’t agree with them I transitioned the food slowly. I was hoping for good things from this but no awful stuff!

Completely sorted my cats problems
My cat has struggled with poor bowel movements for such a long time and we tried so many different foods. The vet eventually recommended hills prescription biome as it had worked so well on another cat. Within a week all her problems are sorted and she is so much happier . She also loves the food!

Works TOO well against diarrhoea
One of my Maine Coons has very sensitive intestines, with a history of both extremes: from constipation to diarrhoea and back again. In our experience, Hill's Biome works well in cases of diarrhoea, but if there's constipation, it's better to go for Royal Canin Fibre. Feeding just one type of food always caused problems for us, so now we give a mix of both and that's working well for now.

The only dry food my cat can tolerate!
My old cat (Evelien, 17 years old) has struggled with her digestion for years. A homeopathic vet advised me to try this. And it worked. It did take a bit of trial and error to find the right dosage. Switching kibble
I’d been using the Royal Canin range for sterilised cats for almost a year. However, I gradually noticed that Pya was having more and more trouble going to the toilet.
