I wanted to try this to help control my cats weight but did read review about it making cats vomit. I foolishly took a chance and my cat vomits every time I’ve tried it. Obvious I’m binning it but don’t waste your money on it!

We had one overweight cat and one whose weight was fine, swapped them both over to this food on the vet's advice and our overweight cat has gradually lost weight and her activity has increased noticeably, it's really nice to see! Our other cat's weight has remained steady and his coat has got softer and shinier. It's expensive but we feel we're doing the right thing for the cats.

My cat has been eating this for years; I always order 7kg. First time I tried zooplus and my cat won’t touch it. Do they have a new formula? Bag was different.. Wasted £50

My cats always have Royal Canin but recently I bought the Hills perfect weight one for my two larger beasts. They seemed quite happy with it but then on the second day both of them ate then came in and were sick almost straight after eating. This happened after every meal. I tried sharing the 2 meals into 4 smaller ones in case they were bolting it, but they were still sick every time so I have gone back to their Royal Canin and the vomiting has stopped. I’ll My girls will just stay chonky

I have been using this product for a considerable time and it has certainly worked and is continuing to keep both my cats weight controlled.They were both very overweight and i tried different weight control food however this is the only one that has worked and that both my fur kids enjoy :it also doesn,t cause any tummy troubles. Both my fur kids have remained at the desired weight advised by my vet and i continue to feed them both this product.

I have been feeding this product to my 2 rescue cats for some time now :my vet advised that they both were overweight and had to lose at least 1 kg each as i had been feeding them too much due to being underweight when i adopted them from a shelter. Both my cats have lost weight over the time i,ve been feeding them this and they enjoy it very much. Their weight has stayed steady at the desired range.Both my fur kids are happy with Hills Perfect Weight and that makes me happy .

Our kitty loves it, doesn't gain weight anymore and is much more active. We will buy this over and over again.

I have a female cat and if I always gave her food when she wants it she would be eating 24/7. She is obese and has osteoarthritis. I have tried other brands but that even made her eat more. I went to this as my last resort. I don't regret it - she lost weight and is much more active. I am happy.

I was introduced to this kibble by my vet. My 3 adult cats are well chubby ;) They get older and older and I figured losing some weight wouldn't hurt them. Therefore we started testing this and weighing the cats daily. We give them 25g per cat, twice a day. 2 of the cats significantly lost weight and the male even gained a good bit of muscle. The older, female one is so obsessed with the food that she hasn't lost that much weight. They really like the smell of the kibble and the fact that it is crunchy. It is also very good for their teeth. Since we started using this kibble they've become much more independent. We will redo an assignment in 3 or 4 months and then decide whether or not to change onto Hill's Light Chicken to stabilise everything or whether to continue feeding this kibble.

Thanks to this kibble my cat has lost 700g. He moved from 7.1kg to 6.4kg. She is a big cat ;). He eats without a fuss and no longer demands more than he should eat. I am very satisfied and will continue feeding this to stabilize his weight.

This food is genuinely good.... The at loves it and actually loses weight... We weigh or cats every weekend and it's 300g less per week.... The cats are also much more active now.... great... Never tried this before!! Very satisified!!!

My cat has been eating these kibbles since she was a kitten and has never had any health problems, plus she maintains an ideal weight all year round.

My two completely different cats both lost 500 grams in just a few weeks. So it’s pretty effective for weight loss, but one of my cats started shedding a lot, and his fur became dull, so I’ll have to switch to a different kibble.

I had the chance to try this food for my cat and luckily, he really likes it. He eats it with appetite and seems to be doing well on it. His coat looks beautiful and he has plenty of energy. As for the effect on his weight, I can’t really say much after just 1.5 weeks, I haven’t been using it long enough for that. But my first impression is positive and it’s great to see that he accepts it so well.

My cats like them but the problem is they're small, like junior kibbles, so my cats don't chew them, they just swallow them whole. As for the weight loss, I've only just started so I don't know yet if it works.

The packaging looks neat and the food smelled good too. I just found the kibble a bit small. Luckily, the cats liked the food and ate it straight away without any issues. Their digestion was fine as well; I didn’t have any problems with cats throwing up or other complaints. The quality of the food seems good and complete. Their fur didn’t change, but there was no change in their weight either. All in all, it’s fine, especially since I got to test it for 2 weeks.

It’s a big bag, easy to open and also easy to reseal afterwards. Small-sized kibbles. No strong smell. My older, slightly overweight indoor cat is very picky and consistently refuses to eat the kibbles. But I suspect this is more about the cat than the kibbles! He always refuses to eat anything other than one specific brand and flavour.

Had the chance to try this product. The packaging opens easily, but can also be resealed well with the strip (which is a big plus, since the bag doesn’t fully fit in the automatic feeder). The smell isn’t overpowering, which I appreciate. The cats (aged 2 and 4) rushed over and really enjoy eating it. I feel like their stools are better and smell less. Very satisfied with these kibbles.

I mixed his current kibbles with these to help him get used to them. He absolutely loves them. His coat also stays nice and shiny. I don’t see any difference in his coat. However, I do notice that his stools smell less strong and are firmer. The kibbles themselves also smell less strong than those from the previous brand. All in all, we are very satisfied!

Our cat, Bailey (10), was one of the lucky ones who got to try out these kibbles. He’s very picky, but to our surprise, he liked them straight away. He chews them easily and seems to tolerate them well. Bailey is a bit more active again and asks for food less often. He hasn’t lost any weight yet, but he’s maintaining his weight. We’ve only been testing for 3 weeks, and in the first week you still mix it with the old food. I’m still positive, but I do find it quite pricey.

If I were to ask my cat Noortje what she thinks of these kibbles, I think she'd say: they're just fine. I can see she eats them with gusto. The kibbles are quite small, smaller than she's used to, but she enjoys them. Noortje is overweight, so she doesn't get "normal" kibbles. Unfortunately, the test period is too short to tell if these kibbles have any effect on her weight.

Handy packaging, easy to take with you. As soon as they saw the packaging, they were immediately curious. They really love eating these kibbles, I mix them with the food they usually leave behind, but now everything gets eaten! They tolerate these nutrients well because their stool hasn’t become loose. I haven’t noticed any difference in their coat yet, but I’ve only been using it for a short time. In the future, I’ll definitely buy these more often!

The only downside is that the kibble pieces are very small. Because of this, there’s often more next to the bowl than in it after they’ve eaten. Slightly larger pieces would have been more practical. I received these kibbles to try out. After using them for 3 weeks, I unfortunately haven’t noticed any difference in weight yet, maybe that will come over a longer period. The kibbles don’t have a bad smell like some others, which is nice. My cats liked them for the first few days, but they still prefer the dental kibbles, which are bigger. They don’t find the smaller kibbles as easy to eat because they’re used to the larger ones that they have to bite into pieces.

The cats really enjoy eating these kibbles. They eat them slowly and less than other kibbles, which shows me that this food is meant for weight loss. Since we switched, I’ve noticed my cats meow less for food and have even lost a bit of weight.
