Happy Cat
I acquired my cat because he was a stray living in my garden. He got his head and jaw bitten by a neighbour's dog so I was feeding him soft foods as he seemed to have difficulty biting. Then he got a bad injury on his back so he became (and remains) an indoor cat as it took 18 months for him to heal completely. He was always a shy cat and not in the least playful. I assumed it was because his injuries must have left scarring and he was old. So imagine my surprise when he became lively, friendly and playful over a year ago. It wasn't an overnight change but very fast. I have been puzzling about what changed him, but I suddenly realised that I had changed his food to Applaws just then.
He really enjoys it, and is never picky. (He used to turn his nose up at the other food all the time.) He doesn't have any trouble chewing it though when he overeats and regurgitates some I see he swallows it whole which would explain that. But it is small so that is OK. Long may Applaws thrive and continue to make this food that has rejuvenated my poor cat.
And no, I don't have any connection with the manufacturers or advertising companies!

it really is very good
i don't give my cats too much dry food but when i do i give them this. They all love applaws and the biscuits are a good size for one of my cats who does not stop to chew. if the biscuits were large it would be worse as she wouldn't chew them either!. the other cats have a good crunch and certainly enjoy the naturalness of applaws

Most natural dry cat food ever!
Until I found this Applaws product through Zooplus, I couldn't find any dry food for my cats that wasn't 80% cereal and other additives. Applaws simulates the natural diet of a carnivore and both my cats love it. One cat is 14 and the other is 3 - they think this food is the greatest and so do I. Thank you, Applaws!

All my cat will eat now!
This food is so good that my cat will now not eat anything else! She was only eating bozita wet food for a long time (the cans) and loved that. The vet advised me to give her some dry food as well as she was getting a build up of plaque.
Dry food used to give her the runs, I think because of the cereal they add to it so I did my research and found applaws to be the best. She was having bozita wet and applaws dry for a while, then ordered the bozita tetra packs which she would only lick the jelly and leave the meat (very annoying) so gave her the bozita cans again but now won't eat either!
She used to drink no water on wet only food but now drinks a lot so even though the dry food obviously has little water content cats will replace this as needed. The food also lasts a long time as they only need around 40g for the whole day so it is very cost affective as well. It is a complete food so has everything in it they need, my fluffy persian has a beautiful soft, shiney coat and lots of energy. Another bonus is as she is a house cat her poos are a lot less smelly!

I recommend it
My cats prefer dry food with chicken and salmon. I like it that this food was created without any animal testing and that the meat comes from animals that have been humanely reared and with no antibiotics. I don't want other animals to suffer for my pet. It also has lots of fish which is important for cats. Most other foods have a low percentage of fish to meat. I definitely recommend this food.

Excellent
Our 3yr old tabby cat loves a mix of this and Orijen dry food in the morning and a high quality wet food in the evening (e.g. Applaws or other good quality high protein brand). She has no underlying health issues, has a lovely shiny coat and is full of energy. The swap from Science Diet to Applaws was easy, We did 50/50 mix for 2 days and then 100% Applaws and we've never looked back! Cat seems much happier and more energetic since the swap.

My cat's favourite
2 years ago, my cat Candy (13yrs old now) started suffering from epileptic fits. I wanted to avoid having to put her under medical treatement as they are difficult to dose and can cause kidney and liver trouble. Therefore, I looked at natural ways of getting her fits under control. Diet was a big part of creating a holistic regime for her and after a long research, Applaws seemed to be the best natural product around, being grain free and with the most meat content at 80%. Along with a few other lifestyle changes and homeopathic remedies, I have managed to bring my cat's fits under control. I cannot recommend Applaws enough! Not only has it done wonder for Candy the cat's health, but she absolutely loves this product and always looks forward to her breakfast and supper! :)

Excellent food
I started feeding my cat Applaws food several years ago as she had put a bit of weight on and as an old bird (14) i was concerned about the associated health problems. She has a combination of Applaws dry and a variety of either Applaws wet food or similar organic wet food. She has lost weight slowly and maintained a healthy weight. Her coat is the silkiest coat ever (people comment!) And she bounds around like a 2 year old! The added bonus is that (so far)it is British.

Top Quality Food
I have done some research on cat food, and this really is up there among the best. In the long term, it is very important to give our furry friends the best quality food with the least fillers. Vets only receive very basic training on nutrition, so don't always assume your vet is recommending the best product for your cat.
Generally speaking, with pet food you get what you pay for.
Always best to introduce your cat gradually to a different food type, add very small amounts daily to his usual food and gradually increase the new product and reduce the old. Sounds like common sense but many people don't even think about doing this. It helps your cats body adjust slowly so you shouldn't have any upset tummies, etc. My cats love this and I know they are receiving a top quality food.
Now and again I feed them wet applaws but not too often as it isn't a complete food unlike the dried applaws.

Great food
I used to feed my cat GoCat dry food he used to like it but then I found out that they use alot of fillers in them. I did my research and applaws is a great brand made with real chicken. Had to gradually introduce this brAnd with the GoCat but he nows eats this without a fuss...Feed your cat good quality food!!!!

Applaws dry cat food stopped my kitty from watery poo
My Siamese has always had runny poo and last year was doing puddles and water... I switched to the dry food and he has had very few accidents - I suspect only when he licked something from a pan which he should have not done. His stool are properly formed and he is a 100 times better.... which proves he can function normally. Never realised cats too can be allergic to cereal. Wish I had found this years ago.

best dry cat food
My bengal loves this food and as dry food goes, this I believe is one of the best and being high in meat protein and grain free is the much healthier option for anyone concerned with giving their cat a healthy diet. Would only feed in conjunction with a wet diet though due to the low water content of dry foods.

very good
My ragdoll kitten really enjoys these kibbles and took to them straightaway after being raised on JWB (which i also like). I've chosen the product for being cereal free. He also has a portion of wet food a day. I'm very pleased with it, and feel reassured that my kitten is getting good nutrition, though it is important to remember that male cats shouldn't be on a mainly dry food diet.

Good quality product the cats love
I changed to Applaws dry kitten food as a couple of other "good quality" ones caused my kitten to have diarrhoea. Since changing to Applaws the diarrhoea has stopped and the kitten loves it. It also has the highest meat content of any dry food and there's no bulking up with uneccessay cereals

Great
We recently changed our cats food to this one, from Whiskas. Millie is a 6and a half year old neutered female. She has a bit of sensitive stomach, and was on Hills Sensitive for months, but she was constantly hungry and pestered for food. We changed her to whiskas, which seemed much better, but we were recommended to try this one, but to do it gradually as it could cause diahreea with a sudden change. So far its been fantastic (I'll admit the litter trays smelled awful during the change over period, but are much better now, with hardly any smell at all). She no longer mithers for food all the time, but loves teh food when its been put down. her fur is lovely and shiney, and much healthier. She's a lot better in herself, and more active, and its been fantastic for her weight. We've now started buying the kitten food for our 6 month old neutered male, and he's been great on it too. Great purchase

It's all good...
We have always (as all good cat lovers do!), thought carefully about what exactly we put in front our three furry bandits. Over the nine years we have had our cats, we have used Hills (not good!), James Wellbeloved (much better, one still a bit vomity) and now this food. Not one of the cats have been sick on it and it's been over two months. There have been no loose/bloody stools and I think the stripey one has lost a little bit of weight even...
Somewhere on here, a vet gives advice on swapping over and you just have to take it slowly and over a number of weeks. I feel this is the best food I can get for my cats and they go crazy when you pour into their bowls. And that's good enough for me!

Siberian cat loves this
My cat loves this food and the Applaws chicken wet food, especially the pouches. She has never had any health problems with it, and had no problems changing over. She is also the most gorgous sweet cat and purrs greatly when the food is being got ready.
