I've tried a few different brands until I found this one. My cat has a very sensitive tummy and has to be on grain free food. This is the only one I found that is not extremely expensive and yet it is palatable and high quality.

We have always fed our cats dry food but on the recommendation of our breeder swapped to Applaws for the higher protein and lower grain contents. All four of them love it and come running when the pack shakes! Their condition is superb so what more could I ask of a food?

I read the recent reviews after placing in order then tried to cancel but was too late. I needn't have worried as it is all being scoffed by my 3 (a raggie, a birman and a tortie DSH) - and it smells just fine to me. Good to know they are eating for their future health and enjoying it.

My fussy cat would sell his soul for this! Having tried endless dried foods in order to satisfy his discerning palate, and wasted a small fortune, this is the one. Hallelujah!

High quality product, our 3cats love it, as do All the rescue ferrets (it's Vastly better and has more appropriate ingredients than the majority of specific dry 'ferret food')

My cats are happy with this and it's great value at this price. I tried Purizon but my cats got obsessed with it and got really fat - difficult to fix with more than 1 cat.

Duck still more popular than the chicken...good high quality food without grain and with lots of meat. Keeps for longer than the cheaper alternatives

Good value with better quality ingredients than some other higher priced dry foods. The extra salmon is extra good too. The gang of four (cats) now prefer better quality dry foods to the (more budget) all meat canned wet food so eat less of the canned food (but they all prefer Acana dry even more and Orijen dry even more still). Pity Applaws doesn’t (yet?) offer an alternative to chicken as the main protein to give even more variety in their dry food.

My siamese cats have been eating Applaws dry food for 3 years now, mainly the chicken flavour but recently they seemed to get a bit bored so I switched to this flavour and they absolutely love it. Definitely the best brand of food we have had.

I bought this as a change a couple of weeks ago, for my three Somalis, previously they were eating Almo Nature Orange Label, but they seemed bored of it - so I tried the Applaws, since all their wet food is from Applaws as well. I started with a small bag to see if they would like it - they hoovered it up within a day. So, I bought a bigger bag, and again it gets hoovered up very quickly - I am amazed at how much they like it. I have 3 Somali cats, and all 3 enjoy it.

It's a shame to see some people have bad experience with this food. My girl is incredibly fussy, she refuses to eat wet meat food so only has tuna based, knowing that she needs meat in her diet and lots of taurine (which cheap brands barely contain) I chanced the chicken and salmon and she's been on it ever since. Loves it. I'll never buy anything else.

I wanted to switch our cat to a grain free food and after much research decided to try this one out and she loves it! It's also well priced.

This is a really great dry food. I have one cat which would rather go hungry than try out lots of different foods. This kibble is the best alternative I have found. Lots of meat and grain free. My cat loves it. Maybe the kibble could be a bit bigger so that it gets chewed more, but the first few pieces are always just swallowed straight down. Maybe because it tastes so good. After that my cat starts to chew. I really recommend this food.

My cat is a 3 years old male unneutered. Sins he was small i always used to feed him Whiskas kitten and adult. The main problem i had was that i saw my cat lose weight ( like a a 0.5 to 1kg) the vet used to tell me it might be worms...... not the case... after 3 years of buying Whiskas i read the label and found less than 5% of meat proteins and the rest all wheat’s and fibres. So i changed his diet to Applaws and within the first 2 weeks he gained weight, 4/5 weeks gained more muscles.
