Terrible!
We were doing a lot of research of the best possible dry food for our kitten. Applaws made it to the top. As it is usually out of stock here we decided to try to buy small pack from amazon and if we'd like it then buy 7.5kg here. Thats what we did and when we received 7.5kg it was so different from the one we got on amazon. Immediately my kitten wasnt eating that much and started to throw up. Maybe we got an old batch from amazon, before the ingredient change. Never again!

Such a shame not what it use to be
My kitten has always been on this hard food with a selection of their wet food had no problem GREAT... all of a sudden we struggled to get a the food and heard they where changing ingredients ever since then she's had really bad diarrhea, she was put on tablet and no luck we stopped her wet food and no luck and then I figured out soon as she ate hard food that's when it happened... soon as she eat it like liquid.... such a shame as she loved this food.

Horrible, never again
My cats have been having diarrhea every time after eating these biscuits. I did not realise and kept trying to find a cause until I came across some reviews here stating the same. I also read reviews for other flavours of this brand and it was the same. Cats having diarrhea and it seems when a bigger pack is purchased. i am getting rid of all Applaws products and switching to a better safer brand.

Pot Luck
My kitten had been used to this so I ordered some more, when it arrived I noticed it was a lot darker in colour which should have set alarm bells ringing. Instant diarrhea! so I contacted Applaws who informed due to seasonal variations in ingredients used the recipe can change slightly hence the upset stomachs. Not going to risk the smell or mess again

Very funny poo
Trialed and tested and causes very loose runny poo

Upset tummies
Gave both of my kittens awful, smelly diarrhoea. Unfortunate, as I was pleased to try this as it had such a high meat content. Also a waste of money as I bought a large bag. I'd previously bought the tester sized pack, which did not upset their tummies. So perhaps a bad batch the second time round.

Hunger strike
Undoubtedly a good quality food but, both cats refuse to touch it - preferring to go on hunger strike. Now have a 7.5K bag of expensive cat food going to waste. It has a very, very strong smell which may be why my two, usually unfussy moggies are turning their noses up at it.

Kittens both refused to eat.
I had high hopes for this as a higher quality food for my two Cornish Rexes, unfortunately, they refused to eat it. I tried alternating & mixing with their previous biscuits but by the time I gave in, they were so hungry they bolted their dinner down & one of them vomited. All ok now.

Runny poos...
I was feeding my bengal kitten applaws wet food, and decided to give her applaws dry too ( as she was eating Tast of wild dry). But her poo got really runny after switching the dry to aapplaws.... you have to be careful as it might not suit your kitten :(
