My cat's getting on a bit however can still manage to eat bits of meat, but really likes jelly, gravy based products. When feeding him the "chicken" soup he lapped up watery jelly but each time he ate whatever it is that's deemed to be chicken meat matter him he jumped and walked away from it. He did this several times as he was persistent that there was more watery jelly goodness to be had but each time he ate whatever constitutes being ok to feed a cat he left looking offended.
