These valerian pillows are a hit with many cats, offering hours of playful fun and cuddles. However, some owners have found them less durable, with seams splitting and contents spilling out, especially for larger or more energetic cats. Despite the strong smell, which some find off-putting, many cats adore them, and they can be a delightful treat when used under supervision. Overall, they provide great entertainment and are loved by many feline friends.

Stinks
Thus cat toy absolutely stinks, my cats didn't like it and one of them gagged, i had to put it in the outside bin it smelt that bad
Very weak seams
I got one for each of my cats but they are not safe, within 2 minutes the seams came apart leaving the contents all over the floor! I would post a photo but cannot seem to! Contacted Zooplus days ago!

pillows of kitty heaven?
i have 4 cats so this appealed to me. got them quickly, great! opened the pack 3 of the kitties loved them, brilliant! but the next day i found some kitty sick with so weird bits in, to find that they werent sew together well at all. 2 of them had burst with the claws n teeth. please dont leave them about like i did, but the others in the pack are fine.
Smell makes me feel sick!
These stink so badly it makes me gag. It’s like all the wet dogs in the neighbourhood have taken a wiz in my house. Cats not too fussed either, the kitten couldn’t care less and the older cat enjoyed a quick sniff, seemed to freak him out and then he got dozy. I gave them away as couldn’t stand the smell in my house.

Not a nice smell
They looked really cute but my kitten didn't go for them. I smelled them myself and the smell is horrible it's something between cheese brine and sweat, so I can't blame her.

Does anyone else think these smell of vomit?
We are getting an rescue cat in a few days and in anticipation bought these a few weeks ago. Just opened the packaging and they smell disgusting - like vomit! Not sure whether it's because they've been stored in plastic for a few weeks, so have left them in the shed to see if the smell disappears. Obviously can't review on how a cat would take to them, but if the smell doesn't go I'll be throwing them away.

Didn't last for long
These cushions are a really good idea but they were smaller than expected .I am sorry to say they didn't last for more than 5 minutes as my cat ripped them open as the material is very fragile.

Cats loved them but didn't last 24 hours
As soon as the delivery arrived (and after the cats had inspected the box) we gave the pillows to ours cats. They went crazy playing with them, we've never seen them react like that to a new toy.
Unfortunately they managed to rip open one of the pillows in less than 24 hours (by ripping the material, not the stitching). The other one is still intact but I'm not sure how much longer it'll last. Good idea, but poor quality material.

lot de 2 coussins
One out of two torn within minutes
Very disappointed with the quality of the fabric. One of the two cushions tore after just a few minutes and spread its filling all over the living room. The second one is holding up for now, but I'm wary...

Poor
No interest at all from either the 4-month-old kitten or the 3-year-old neutered cat, can't smell anything.
