Trixie Plush Bird for Door Frames

A real hit with our 8 year old tabby. Very amusing for us to watch him enjoying this toy like a big kitten. A word of warning though ... stand well clear of the flying birdie. That thing can really ping! Great fun was had by all.

OMG so much fun watching him trying to work out why it pings out of his mouth. This is a great toy, especially for a kitten as he uses up a lot of energy running back and forth! an excellent purchase

We bought this toy for Apachee several years ago and it is still one of her favourites and still in great condition despite daily playing. She has 2 favourite toys for daily playing, this and the catit laser toy. On a wet Scottish day when she does not want to go outside in the rain, it is great for keeping her entertained so she does not destroy the house running around like a crazy wild thing, touse up her excess energy.

A nice idea but the string snapped after 30 minutes of play. Definately wouldn't recommend this product, and I think I'll be avoiding trixie products for good.

Toy itself seems good quality but did not fit any of the door frames in my home. So, if you have an older house with wide door frames, then the toy will not be wide enough to be secured properly. I would be worried it would be pulled down and injure my cat. So have just removed elastic and now using as a normal soft toy.

My kitten LOVES this you. She's very active and this is a way to keep her entertained for a decent amount of time. It is very funny when she tries to wander off with it and it pings back. The confused look on her face is adorable!

Perfect for entertaining your little kitten. Ours is very energetic this keeps him entertained for ages.

We set this up and our cat pounced, grabber it, bit through the cord and wandered off with his prize... He thought 5 seconds of play was great, I thought it was a waste of money.

All kitties played with it including the 14yo tripaw, whilst still on the card hhhhhh Love it, just ordered 2 more for my Egyptian rescuer friend

Milo had a great 10 min before getting hold of the duck and bitting through the string. He is still playing with the string though. Just wish the string was biteproof...

Our ragdoll cat has absolutely loved playing with this toy since she was a kitten. The only thing is, she is quite a strong little thing and often pulls the duck so hard that it flies off the doorframe - which is hilarious until it happens in the middle of the night! We have bought a second one for when she goes to stay with family when we are away and she loves running around the house with it...if your cat does this, just be mindful to keep an eye on them so they don't strangle themselves!

My cat (1 year) loves this... it’s great to put out when you are busy and he’s in a mood to play/destroy things. It fits easily on to door frames and the adjustable cord is great - you can change it so that he can lie and attack the duck or pull it higher to make him jump for it. I pack mine away when I’m not around since the cord can get tangled on things during active play sessions (furniture or the cat itself) but bringing it out again makes it a “surprise” and more appealing after a break.

My 8 year old Harry who is not very easily impressed adores these. I have to buy them regularly because he goes wild and shreds them. I have never seen him as excited as when he has one of these. I love to see Harry enjoying himself so much.

I bought this for my daughters kitten and it is an immediate success!

My 16 week old ragdoll has been playing with this non stop for a whole hour since my zoo plus parcel arrived. He loves to stretch out the bungee so the bird flies up higher! Allows a very attention seeking kitty to amuse himself for a while. Thanks zoo plus!! Strongly recommend. Great play value for money

12 month old couldn't stop rolling on it whilst it was in its package when it arrived . Plays a lot. 4 month old not so interested in it.

This is brilliant. Jerri loves it. I set it quite high so he has to jump for it. He then drags it down so that he can roll on his back and attack it from underneath. Don't know how long it will last his claws and teeth but it is worth every penny.

by far its favorite and it's also resistant you can adjust the length of the string to add that extra challenge.

Often toys that we buy our fur babies are ignored after an hour or less never to be returned to. This is not one of those toys, all of mine ( 6 months, 15 months & 2 years) love to play with it & it is usually me taking it down to get some peace that stops the play :)

Received this toy yesterday and my kitten loves it. Easy to use and has kept her entertained . Great price

The cat really liked the toy and it stayed well in the door frame. However, it lasted about a week of play and then the string was chewed through.

My cat, who usually only plays with feather toys, has gone absolutely crazy for this toy. She even plays with it by herself. The only thing that's unclear is how to shorten the string without cutting and tying it again...
