Our two took to the toy really well and played with it intensely straight away. Unfortunately, after less than half a day, a seam came undone, and now the mouse's fur is falling off, meaning the toy is ruined.

It's not entertaining

Received this today Eyes don’t work/ no lights No speak sound Just like a normal toy and nothing special. Very dissatisfied

Doesn't work, eyes don't light up and it makes a slight noise that's not a sqeak, battery must be dead. Tab was in.

It's pretty sturdy but the squeak isn't a squeak, it sounds like a fault on a smoke alarm and not only scared my cat but actually made me jump when I'd forgotten I left it in the hallway. It's the wrong choice of squeak. I prefer, and so does my big cowardly lad the soft furry ones that just flop about squeak-less.

Toy arrived today and didnt work - yes removed the tab to activate battery

no sound , no lights, one was 4 my daughters cat and that would have been a new customer 4 you.i am buying a new one 4 her in my next order because they are cheap and i have been buying from you for many years now and i spend quite a lot with you disappointed customer

My kitten does not like this toy- I think he is scared of the noise and he doesn’t play with it. The material is very hard and not easy for kitten to play with.

Yes eyes flash,otherwise inert and deeply boring .. I bought two, waste of money, cat unimpressed.

...didn't survive the first attack. After barely 5 minutes, only one eye lights up and the sound is gone too. Such a shame! Our cat went absolutely crazy for the mouse. Unfortunately, the quality isn't the best.

I wanted to gift this mouse to my furry friends for Christmas. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviewer that the mouse stopped offering sound and LED effects within minutes. :-(

Lost my voice after just 1 minute, wouldn’t buy it again.
