The plush mouse toy is adored by some cats who play enthusiastically with it, providing joy and entertainment. However, many reviews mention a lack of strong catnip scent and durability issues, with tails and noses falling off quickly, posing a choking hazard. Despite these drawbacks, the toy is cute and some cats enjoy it when actively engaged by their owners. Overall, experiences vary, but the toy has potential for fun.

Poor quality
After 5 minutes of play, the mouse's tail was already off.
After 10 minutes of play, one ear was already missing.
Something like this should last longer for a toy.

What's the catnip?
This is just a small plush mouse. My 2 just looked at it, sniffed it, touched it then walked away.
Wheres the catnip stored?

Super
My two absolutely love the mouse and aren’t interested in any other toys, so that’s already worth 5⭐️. However, they don’t last long – the stuffing comes out quickly, and the ears and tail are the first to go. That’s why I’m giving it only 4⭐️ overall.

Much loved - but poor quality
Based on past experience that all toy mice vanish into thin air, I decided to order three of this type straight away.
My tomcat immediately pounced on them and played with them extensively, which resulted in the first one losing its ears and paws on the very first day. After a few days, its belly split open and the stuffing started spilling out – straight into the bin it went.
The second one had its tail amputated right away too – conclusion: not really suitable as cat toys!

Plush mouse with catnip
My old tomcat loves playing with this little mouse and carries it around in his mouth, followed by a hunting call. It's so lovely to watch. Unfortunately, I haven't managed to capture this moment in a photo yet.

So far so good
My boy and girl been very exciting the toy. They play quite long time. I keep that in bag And give them only sometimes. But it’s worth it the price

Dangerous
Please, please don’t buy this for your pet. I gave this to my two lively kittens 4 days ago. After two days the eyes and nose came off. One kitten was about to pick up the nose but thankfully I spotted her or it could easily have got stuck in her throat. I let them keep the mouse as it seemed nothing else could be damaged, but this morning they’ve pulled off the tail and the stuffing is coming out. Horrified that such a dangerous low quality toy is for sale.

Thrilled
They love the mice, but with our battle cat Rambo, they occasionally lose an ear or a nose. It's just normal wear and tear – we always keep some in reserve.

Doesn’t work at all
Mouse without catnip. My cat was not interested to this mouse at all :(

Can't keep our kitten off them!
They do fall to pieces really quickly but we never see our kitten without it. She takes one wherever she goes, plays fetch and sleeps alongside them! Luckily they're relatively cheap so we can just continuously re-stock.

Catnip?
Both of mine quite liked them, but after two days they were completely torn apart, and without the mouse tails, the appeal was gone too. I'm worried about all the small parts that got swallowed – I didn't find that so great.

No longer the best mouse toy I've ever been bought
Wrote my original review in 2014 and I've been buying these regularly ever since for mine and friend's cats. Never had one fall apart, they just end up looking the worse for wear. The latest one arrived and it is dreadful quality. Plush fur replaced by a nasty nylon fabric that catches on cat's claws. Several potential choking hazards - nose badly glued, tail not attached firmly, whiskers only held on by glue on nose not sewn through fabric and knotted. Went straight in bin.

My playful cat's favourite toy
My cat is crazy about this toy mouse! She doesn’t love any other toy more. When playing, I usually throw it around the flat, and she immediately "hunts" it. My cat loves carrying it around the flat in her mouth and often plays with it on her own. She absolutely loves batting the mouse around.
Con: The mouse breaks quickly. The best part of the mouse, the tail, comes off after just a few days, and it gets holes fast, but for the price, I don’t mind.

Unfortunately, very poor.
Was accepted immediately, but the quality is very poor. It tore after just 3 minutes of playtime, not at the seam but in the fabric itself, and you can’t notice the so-called catnip at all.

One star, because NO star isn't an option!
No catnip included, what a complete rip-off! Both cats show zero interest! Straight into the bin with it! 👎

fell apart within an hour
Kitten loved it, but it fell apart within hours of her playing with it, ear fell off and the stuffing started coming out. Promptly went in the bid I'm afraid.
