My tomcat has loved the mouse ever since I brought it home. He pulled it straight out of my backpack, packaging and all, and ran off growling. I just about managed to cut the cardboard off in between, and for the rest of the night, he wouldn’t let anyone take it away from him and defended it fiercely. It did start looking a bit battered quite quickly, but they still love it! I ended up buying a three-pack for my other cat as well, and you can also refresh them with catnip spray from time to time if needed – that way, they’ll be loved for a very long time!

Both of mine love their little mouse. It’s the only toy that gets played with constantly at our place.

We’ve only just replaced the first of these mice with a new one after 3 years. Apart from the ears and paws, it was still in one piece, which, for our kitty, could definitely be considered the 8th wonder of the world, as her mouse is one of her favourite toys.

My cats are absolutely crazy about the mouse. It really stimulates their playful instincts. Plus, I think the mouse is very nicely made!

I bought a mouse because one of the customer photos showed this toy looking so cute. The mouse really does look like that. Very nice to look at and bigger than expected. My cats went absolutely crazy for the little mouse. It was carried from room to room until they tore its belly open. So, I sewed the mouse back together and ordered the 3-pack, so they can find a mouse in every room and don’t have to fight over it. So far, there haven’t been any more torn bellies. (The mice are still being hidden and carried around, though). Everyone loves these mice. Since the mouse is filled with catnip, the cats roll around on the toy and kick it about. I’ll happily keep buying them again and again. It also makes a lovely little gift.

My cats and the foster cats that stay with me from time to time absolutely love this mouse. Fun, playfulness, and even cuddling are guaranteed!

Not exactly a hit with my cats, quite the opposite. Such a shame.

I have several of these mice, and my cats love them!

I recently ordered these mice for my two tomcats. As soon as I opened the box, both of my boys jumped straight into it and pulled out their mice (even though they were right at the bottom). The poor mice were immediately dragged around the flat, flung across the parquet floor, and thoroughly chewed on. Even today, they’re still the highlight of the day: at night, they’re taken into the basket and guarded there, and during the day, the mice aren’t allowed to be left in the other room...

Whether there's catnip in them or not, I can't say. Mine completely ignored the mice and now they're just nice decorations.

My two tomcats love these mice! They keep themselves entertained with them for hours and don’t get up to any mischief in the meantime :-) So, for me and my cats, it’s a fantastic product.

Speedy loves the mouse! My cat is 9 months old and really enjoys playing with the mouse. The mouse doesn’t have a strong smell that would bother us humans, and that’s brilliant!!!

My cat loves the plush mouse with catnip. She's absolutely smitten with it... The best toy ever, for both cat and human, because even we get a good laugh when she plays with the mouse.

I think the mouse is brilliant! My cat (10 months old) loves playing with the mouse, he chews on it extensively, and sometimes it ends up soaking wet with drool :P However, the mouse doesn’t have a strong smell that would bother us humans. After 3 months of constant play and chewing, the mouse, unfortunately, didn’t survive ;) but of course, a new one will be ordered!

The mouse is unfortunately just decoration here. The scent of catnip is not strong enough! What a shame!

My cats love these mice! The material is great too – after 4 weeks, there’s still no damage despite all the wild play.

I didn't know what my 10 year old rescue was capable of until I got him one of these. He has arthritis so I assumed he wouldn't be very lively but this mouse makes him go wild. He picks it up in his teeth and flings it like a tiny tiger and then runs after it, kicking it like a football. He has quite a few toys including 4 of these mice (one of which is out of action right now as Polo ripped his tail off) and Catnip Mouse, aptly named, is always the first to be lost under the sofa or tv bench, usually resulting in a determined Polo throwing himself under furniture and getting stuck in an attempt to retrieve him. I can't recommend this enough.

Plush mouse, yes – catnip, no. Where’s the catnip? I’m quite disappointed with the mouse. I imagined it to be a bit bigger. The 12 cm includes the tail. It doesn’t even smell like catnip. I’ve bought toys before that came with dried catnip for filling, and my cat liked those much better.

I’m giving 5 stars because there’s really nothing to complain about with this toy. It’s visually adorable and was immediately chased around the flat after unpacking. The fact that our kittens often prefer chasing each other rather than their toys is certainly not the mouse’s fault! :P
