Good fun for kitties
Both my cats like this laser, but my Birman girl demands I put it on in a very loud voice. She gets upset when it stops and shouts at me to put it back on. Both love to chase the light. Great fun for them...not so much for me cos of my impatient Nikita!

15 minutes to tidy
This toy keeps the cats occupied and enables you to get on with housework. Two of our older female cats go quite scatty and our youngest (6mths) enjoys watching them and also playing. The only negative point is the direction of the mirror means you have to have it on very low height or aim the laser at the ceiling.

saved my sanity
when my cat isn't chasing a laser she shouts at me to play with the laser. this has honestly just about saved my sanity.

Beware
This is a good product and fun for my cat but the side effects not so much. I've had to stop using it because now every flick of light from a phone, reflecting water, my laptop or a mirror sends him insane. My curtains get attached daily when anything reflects on it. So in short, it was fun at first but I think my cat thinks Aliens are coming to get him :-) Some serious long term paranoia has set in. I probably wouldn't of bought it if I had known it would do this.

Too loud
The motor is too loud!!!!!! The cat always watches the machine.

Super toy
Worth the money. Our deaf cat Mimi loves playing with the laser. The other cats who can hear also enjoy playing with it a lot, though there’s a small downside: it’s not silent, and at first, the noise scared the hearing cats quite a bit. But they quickly got used to the sound.
A great investment!!

A toy that actually sneds my cat crazy
From setting up this toy, my cat became a kitten again. Full of energy chasing it all over the house. He prefers us holding it. This is the first toy that my cat will play with. Well worth the money.

Depending on the cat's enthusiasm, it's quite alright.
Unfortunately, the noise from the laser is a bit too loud and totally distracts from the dot or scares the cat! The dot could also be a tad bigger so the kitty can see it better ;)
Otherwise, great idea – my 2-year-old loves playing with it, and the 2-month-old is still a bit sceptical!
Works quite well even in daylight!

Poor quality
The product itself is not bad.
The quality regarding laser protection for cats and humans is inadequate, and it doesn’t stand firmly.
Otherwise, it’s good.

Complete Junk
Bought two of these and both broke within minutes of operation. Just get a normal interactive pointer and make your cats run after the dot manually.

Very brilliant, but really dangerous.
So, first of all, I can’t leave it on the floor, otherwise my tomcat sits in front of it and stares into the laser, which is really dangerous. Other than that, I think it’s a brilliant idea, my kitty goes wild :D but as I said, better to place it higher up, you can adjust the height using the mirror.

Great toy!
This is really a great toy. You can hear the motor, but it's quite quiet and doesn't bother the cat. On the contrary, when she hears it, she knows it's time to play. The only star deducted is because the rotation is always the same. You just have to reposition the thing now and then.

You have to be careful.
Our cats absolutely love laser pointers. However, in my opinion, you need to hold it in your hand and keep an eye on the cat during play, as they otherwise have no protection from the laser beam. They might sniff at the internal mirror or knock over the device, as it doesn’t have much stability.

Class :-)
Our two British Shorthairs go absolutely bonkers over this thing. As soon as they hear the sound, which is definitely not annoying by the way, they dash after the red dot. It's so much fun to watch. :-)

Unfortunately, not suitable for small flats.
Since my cats love laser pointers, I ordered this item. Unfortunately, the laser doesn’t stay on the floor but moves along furniture and walls. This inevitably leads to scratches on the furniture and damaged wallpaper. So, it’s not suitable for small flats. For this reason, it’s going back.

Still 5 stars...
Just put new batteries in it again, and the fun has already started. I think the device is wonderful. I'm not too worried about them possibly looking into the laser light – they can't do that anyway, as it's distorted by a mirror. Besides, they're far more interested in the red dot!

Super :)
Our little one loves the laser.
As soon as she hears the sound, she's right there and ready to play.
If you hold down the button for a while after turning it on, you can control the laser pointer yourself, and that drives her even crazier :D

The cat always wanted to look into the laser opening...
... therefore, I consider it more dangerous than stated.
I suppose it also depends on the animal, how it reacts to it and what it does with it.
Ours tried several times to look directly at the laser through the opening at the top.
I also found the adjustment of the mirror to be somewhat stiff and inflexible.

Our cat has so much fun with the red dot. Absolutely brilliant! The automatic shut-off is also super handy.
