We’ve bought two of these now, our Devon Rex LOVES them! So much so they usually last about 30 seconds. Would be perfect, if it was a little more robust.

The idea of the product is brilliant. So, I ordered it, unpacked it, and mounted it on the window. My cats loved it from the very first second. Unfortunately, the excitement lasted only two minutes, as the good piece was already broken by then. The suction cup itself is excellent and still holds firmly. However, the connecting piece between the cord and the rod, made of soft plastic, tore and became loose. As a result, the cord side keeps falling down during play. Such a shame.

The fishing rod with suction cup doesn’t stick anywhere when you have a playful cat and even falls off on its own. I ended up cutting the string with the rod (above the flower) because my tomcat absolutely loved the bird. These (2 pieces) are the best toys ever. Before bedtime, he plays with them extensively and guards them like they’re his children.^^ The overall product (rod with bird to suction) gets 0 points. The bird gets 5 points. Overall, only two points because something else was actually promised.

Good idea, poorly executed. The rod broke off the suction cup after just 10 minutes. Something like this made of wood that could be screwed onto the scratching post would be great – I’d happily pay a bit more for that. But plastic is pointless with my cat, such a shame.

My cats loved this however only lasted 5 days before my cat chewed through the string not strong very disappointing as I thought with it being kong make it would be stronger

My cat went to town on the pink bird while it was lying on a white bedsheet. Afterwards, the bird was soggy and chewed up, and the sheet had pink stains. So I guess the cat must have had some of the colour in her mouth too :(

I was so excited when I brought this (probably more than my cats) but after only 1 day the string snapped. They really enjoyed it for the day they had it though, maybe only designed for kittens? My 2 cats are average size and weight. Such a shame the string isn't strong.

My kittens (4 months old) love the little bird toys. Unfortunately, they've now figured out how to jump against the suction cup to make it come off. The other night, I was already in bed when I heard one of them coughing as if he was about to throw up. The other started meowing pitifully. When I went into the living room, I saw that the string had completely wrapped around his neck and my kitten was on the verge of choking. Please don’t leave cats unattended with this toy!

Could have saved myself the trouble! It gets ignored because it keeps falling off, no matter where it was attached! As soon as they wanted to play, the thing fell down. Balcony window, smooth door, smooth kitchen door, bathroom tile. But I didn’t want to stick it on either. I’ve put it away—such a shame.

Unfortunately, this item doesn’t last long. As some have already mentioned, this toy breaks very quickly. That kind of tactic doesn’t work with me—I won’t keep buying it again and again!

I can't comment on the quality because it's not subjected to any strain. Our four cats simply aren't interested in it. It hangs above a resting spot by the window, and out of boredom, they might bat at it once, but then it immediately becomes completely uninteresting again.

Cute bird, was used straight away before it was even fully unpacked 😃. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a long lifespan. The bird came off the strap and sadly can’t be reattached 😕. Now it can only be used for throwing.

This is a brilliant cat toy but has two major flaws. One, it breaks very quickly and ours is now 50% Kong and 50% superglue but it’s holding up. The next major flaw is it’s easy for a cat to get caught up in the elastic cord. Our kitten almost strangled herself and it’s only because we had considered this as a possibility that we only put it up when we were home and could keep an eye on the cats playing with it. To be honest, it’s not been brought back out since that episode.

Hello :) I have a lot of Kong products, but unfortunately, I’m disappointed with this one. For €7, I expected more. The suction cup is very bent and doesn’t stick to the window for long. When the cat pulls on it, the string unfortunately comes off the frame as well :(. It’s a great and cute idea in itself, but the product isn’t well executed. The feathers are very popular with the tomcats.
