XXL 3-in-1 Cat Dangler Toy

I love this toy so much that iv bought multiple for my own, my mum's, my sisters and my friends cats. They all go insane for these toys old and young. For the kittens especially I love that I can detach them to throw without risk of getting choked/tangled in the string when your oute all on the interchangeable clip which other zooplus toys go on so you can change the toy and stick super easy. I find all the cats love the big feather one and shred them but you can then just change the end toy.

OMG I did not expect my cats reaction when I got this. So it's a long pole broken into two parts that you for together with three attachments. My cat was jumping like crazy for this! To the point he started growling at us and taking the whole thing away with him!! In a round of tug if war the string did break off the stick so be careful. I've hot glued it together so it's good to go again! Well worth the £2 I spent on this even if it breaks in the near future XD

Cats absolutely loved it but string broke after about an hour's play, so didn't get chance to any of the other connectors, needs a stronger string!

I have spent a lot of money on toys etc for my cat but this was by far the best thing she has ever played with. Proves you don't have to pay a fortune for a great cat toy.

We got this to help with 'play time' for one of our kitties who often wakes us up in the wee hours, play time helps to tire him out so we get a full nights sleep. this toy is excellent, he loves it, jumping in the air to catch it, chasing it along the floor. Job done. Added bonus, our blind cat also plays with it as he can hear it dragging along the floor. So sweet. The toy itself seems to be well made, the different attachments are easy to interchange. Time will tell how it holds up.

My Leo is currently recovering from 2 broken toes and has to stay indoors. In 3 weeks we bought dozens of toys to try keep him occupied and they all didn't interest him for more than 5 mins. Except this one!! Typical that we find it when he's not got long in his cast left but he likes birds and this looks and acts like a bird in flight! We've been playing with it every time he's awake since it arrived and he absolutely loves it! (PS the non feathered attachment looks like his sister's tail!)

Both my girls love chasing this around and so far they haven't destroyed it which is a miracle! A great purchase!

It's rare for both my girls to participate in play at the same time as they like to watch each other but with this they can't resist going at it together! They aren't always keen on pole toys but this is a huge hit. I've so far only tried the feathers that were already attached and after a few long sessions of play I'm stunned it's still in tact. We have lost a bit of one feather but with two cats flying through the air, jumping, catching, wrestling and chewing it that's pretty good going in my book. Because the pole and string are so long, you can get away with swinging it around whilst sitting comfortably in your chair which a huge bonus for me as I'm disabled. A very good purchase.

My cats love these but I would never buy again... I was changing the feathers on a couple and I did not notice my kitten pinch a full length piece of elastic. 24hours later I saw something handing behind him. I caught the end and a complete piece of this elastic came from his bottom.. We were very lucky he passed it,but it could have been life threatening.Do not risk this cheap toy.

Feathers came right off after one minute of playtime. I just attached a leathery mouse by the tail with a strong knot and it's held fine for months now. However, I did need to tape the two pole pieces together as it would come off everytime my cats played rough.

Our kittens are pretty rough so we never expect toys to last for that long, but the string snapped off this within seconds of opening it and had to go straight in the bin. Waste of money, especially considering how expensive it was!

This is a real chaser, looks like a bird, 6 cats go crazy chasing it, flying off chairs, tables, the floor, ,Sometimes they catch it and I have to take it away from them, then start all over again. I have bought a spare because of the price and the quality is good too. Do buy one for your cat, you won't regret it. Thanks Zooplus for keeping your prices low for us.

Ollie loves this toy -- we keep it tucked away as a 'special occasions' toy, and when we get it out he meows for it and tries to play with it instantly. He LOVES the way it floats around in the air; the only downside is that there doesn't seem to be any replacement attachments available anywhere so once the ones provided are gone it requires buying a whole new toy.

This is by far the best dangler toy I've found for my cats. It has a unique attachment that spins as you wave it about, creating a very realistic action that not only entertains my kitten but has had my older, very lazy cat running about chasing it. I'm purchasing another as a spare.

We got this dangler for our new kitten. IT'S WAY BIGGER THAN EXPECTED. We know it says 'xxl' in the title but they really weren't kidding - however, it comes in two parts that slot together and we are not sure it will stay 'together'. After testing it out a bit (without kitty) it looks as though it will hold. Something that would instill confidence in its abilty to stay as one woud be nice. Like if the peices screwed together instead? The feather toys you can change are great and seem of good quality. Also very pretty looking - overall a good buy and a good price.

As an idea, it's great for a cat, but the stem/stick seems to be made of a fibreglass-like material. If the stick slips through your fingers, you'll have a splinter-like feeling in your fingers for hours afterwards.

My cat has never liked a toy this much, even after 3 days. Thanks to the string and the thin stick, the feather part moves really quickly—my cat absolutely adores this thing.

My cat goes absolutely mad for this fishing rod toy. He jumps, runs, and stalks it. You can just tell that, in his imagination, a real hunt is happening. When he catches it, he lets it go after a moment and keeps playing, instead of—like with other fishing rod toys—waiting for a treat or his bowl. The string does get terribly tangled, but honestly, the positives far outweigh that downside.

My kittens really love it, but when they tug at the trapped prey, the bars have slipped apart a couple of times.

Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 toys were already broken by my two kittens in less than 24 hours. That's really a shame.

I got one as a sample from some friends who are also cat parents. Both my cats absolutely love these wands. The little female cat runs to play with it as soon as she sees or hears it, she doesn’t even need a human to join in. My one-year-old tomcat, who never wanted to play near the little one before, also switches into hunter mode when the wand comes out. The feathers do get tangled and wear out quickly, but those are really minor flaws compared to all the positives. It would be great if you could buy just the feathers without the sticks, since they wear out the fastest.

My cats love the feather wand, especially with the attachments – it's just super practical, and the telescopic pole makes it much more comfortable for us humans too. I can only recommend it.

You can really enjoy it, even if you want to sit next to your pet. But the elastic gets twisted very quickly. It's handy that there are replacement feathers included, because with a wild cat they break easily.

And besides, all my friends who have received this rod from me love it too. I don't have experience with "the previous one", but this one is a big favourite here. I recognise the curling of the string with one of the three toys, but that's a small price to pay for the huge addiction these rods are for my cats. And for €3.50 per rod, you can never really go wrong.

The string curls up so much that the toy is unusable after 10 seconds. Unwinding the string is really troublesome. Last year I bought the same cat wand and had no problems at all.

My cats love playing with it. It's definitely their favourite toy, and I'm happy that it motivates them to be active every day.

We’re happy with the length and the option to change the toy. The cats love it!

It's great for playing both jump-and-chase games, and for playing 'sneak-up-on-the-monster' under a sheet.

Our tomcat's absolute favourite toy, both with feathers and even without anything attached to the end.

This one is really great. Our Mila loves it. However, she prefers the ones with feathers; she doesn't find the simple "tail" as interesting.

An interesting play fishing rod – both the stick and the tassels get involved in the play.

Until now, I thought my cat didn't like fishing rod toys, but this one is just amazing. We're still using the first one out of the three, it flies really well and the rod is long, and in about 2 hours she already destroyed one of the feathers. Absolute favourite!

Good quality, fun for cats. My tomcat also likes the feathers.
